Carol is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She thoroughly explained how different components of the CPAP machine worked and how to best maintain it. She also handled the OHIP reimbursement papers. Her follow ups to ensure that the CPAP therapy was going well were greatly appreciated! Very professional, flexible, and kind staff! I had an issue with the first mask I tried, and was accommodated promptly. Given another one to try out, and supported the whole way. Would highly recommend.

Met with Kate from the downtown office. You could tell that kate had a lot of experience. She was patient while I dealt with some admin issues from the sleep clinic. Overall I would definitely recommend.... That's kate

Carol is amazing! She made the experience extremely smooth and hassle free. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the CPAP machines and it’s therapeutic uses, explained how it worked, and even went through the process of acquiring my own after the trial. She also followed up periodically as well to make sure the CPAP machine was working well and meeting my needs. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you Carol!

Highly recommended! Their clinicians especially Kate is very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining every details regarding the treatment course. She is very polite and professional. The place is also welcoming and clean. Good job to the team you really take care of your clients from start to finish.
