We were looking for personalized gifts and we found the perfect place. The staff made great suggestions for modern ideas, colours and items and not only were the gifts personalized for our loved ones, they were personalized as from our very own Campbell River! Wonderful graphic designs on quality items such as water bottles, bamboo coasters in a case, journal books, key chains, decorative and useable kitchen items and more. So much to choose from. The prices are fair and there are gift ideas for any budget. I will keep this as my to-go place for a very special gifts.

Excellent customer service from a family run business. We made the switch over to the UPS store from staples after receiving little customer service for our printing needs. Sebastian was friendly and personable, he was more affordable than staples and his services were much quicker. Since then Sebastian has helped us with many lamination of menus and personalized merchandise like magnets and keychains, and recently he rushed my menu lamination for me on short notice! Customer service is alive. I would 10/10 recommend the UPS store.

Sent an over night parcel on the December 21 (Campbell River to Vancouver, and it arrived today December 29th? Local USP agent advised that bad weather and time of year contributed to the delay? No apology, no refund, and to boot I was told that, that's the cost of doing business during the holidays?" Customer Service 0

I had such a wonderful experience at the UPS store in Campbell River. Sebastian went above and beyond to serve me and my purchase was the best gift ever! The engraving is so fabulous and featured Nigel's terrific Campbell River art. It turned out to be an amazing gift! Thank so much to you all!

All of my experiences at this store have been great! I had signs made and stickers printed for my business, and I am so happy with the results. I am impressed with the quality and the speed in which they were done. The owners and graphic designer are so nice and communicate so well, that the signs and stickers came out exactly as I had envisioned. I will definitely be going back to this store to print more things in the future for my business. Thank you Campbell River UPS!

While I wasn’t initially impressed with the UPS Campbell River location, the team consisting of Sebastian, Yumey, and Nigel didn’t take long to change my mind.Over the past three years, Sebastian, and Yumey have consistently delivered high quality, professional work. To the point where my business has become reliant on their ability to produce great results even though lot of our requests and timelines for said requests are getting highly demanding!I will continue to use their services and would hope that other businesses in Campbell River will look to them as a positive roll model for local business.

The owners and staff really are amazing. For a big chain they make it feel like a mom and pop kinda place. Might have to do with it being a family run business. I would highly recommend going into the store. They offer alot more than just shipping packages. I had a zippo I purchased there engraved for my brother and they did an amazing job we both loved the way it turned out!!! I'd give them 10 stars!!
