I had a wonderful experience getting a new phone with Emily. She thoroughly explained the details of my new contract in the simplest way possible. Another employee, Malik, was also very helpful in the process and the two seemed to be very supportive of each other as a team. Extremely friendly staff and would recommend Emily and the rest of the Mapleview T-Booth team to any of my friends and family.

Needed to borrow a phone to make a call as mine had died, store manager Chris let me use his while mine charged at their booth. He then noticed my jacked up phone screen and asked if I had some time available. He went through my options to get the best deal, and I ended up walking out with a brand new (better quality) phone and accessories! Awesome service and attention from both him and the second associate there; I will definitely be spreading the word about this location.

Max from Newfoundland was absolutely amazing! He got our twins on a new bundled package with new i-Phone upgrades. Max provided us with impeccable service, he was extremely patient, very thorough and super friendly. We've done a lot of business with Tbooth at Mapleview Mall in Burlington over the years and would highly recommend this location for all your wireless needs!

The manager, Chris is such a sweet and caring soul. He helped set me up on the new iPhone 14 max pro. He answered all my questions, which I’m sure half of them were silly questions and he answer with such kindness. Highly recommend visiting the booth for all cell phone needs.

Great experience working with Emily. She definitely knew what the best offers were amongst different providers & made the whole experience seem-less.I’m always on the look out for the best deal and now I’m saving $15 from what I was previously paying a month, have unlimited data and with one of the big 3 companies. Can’t beat it.

I was killing time and thought I would just inquire about upgrading my iPhone. I dealt with Christoffer and I have to say that I wish all salespeople were like him. He was informative, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with my questions. I did upgrade my phone But what made my visit more of such a positive experience is he also looked at my current cable and internet package and saved me money there as well! I will definitely deal with Christoffer again and recommend him to anyone. Thank you Christoffer!

Emily at TBooth was very friendly, helpful and got the upgrade done quickly and efficiently and even put the screen saver and phone case on for us!! my husband and me had a great experience, after my partner's phone melted down at work, we went there to see what kind of options we have to get a new phone ,not just he got the same replacement but we even got a better deal.... way more data for the same price ! so yes thank you again Kristoffer (store manager)!
