Trillium Mechanical

I got invoiced for something I did not request to be done. I had never even heard of Trillium Mechanical until I got slammed with a bill of +$200.At first, the condo board called this company to fix something in my unit that I am not allowed to fix myself (it was the condo's responsibility). They did that successfully, but they installed valves under my sink in my bathroom (which I did not ask them to do) and sent me a bill for that. The original plan was to get my contractor to install these valves. I wanted to pay HIM for that task. Not this company that I never knew existed.This company will tell you that my contractor (who did not speak much English) told them (the mechanic) to install it. But my contractor told me that the mechanic said he would bill the condo board. So I'm sure you can understand why I'm choosing to leave a negative review here.You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that you should at least give a heads up to the owner of the unit that if they go forth with this task that a bill would be coming. Why I never got notified beforehand is beyond me.This company would ask: how were we supposed to know that the person inside my unit was not the owner?". The answer is simple: You ask. I have had Trillium Mechanical in numerous times now and they have been great every time. They get back to you right away, if a quote is required they dont waste any time, the work is excellent and by far top quality. Overall I have been very happy with the work and prices. I'll call them again for sure!

They employ and deploy crooks and cheaters to go do repair work. Don't hire them.

Trillium mechanical exceeded my expectations. I have used them on two occasions. In both instances, service was dispatched promptly, and the service guys were courteous and professional. Costs were reasonable and in line with standard rates for plumbers. Would recommend these guys especially if you have a timely issue that needs attention!
