We heard about this place and thought of giving it a try, but it turned out to be all the hype and no substance. If you are a chicken lover, this place will disappoint you. Its a rip off of KFC with poor menu selection. There lacks a clear idea and research behind the menu combinations. There is no point of adding chicken stock with fried chicken.We order spicy chicken, fries and mashed potatoes. Chicken turned out to be soggy, meshy and unhealthy. Fries were stale, dry and look’s prepared long time back.Restaurant is dirty and filthy. You can see floor and tables littered with food.

I've been to a few Jollibee locations and this one doesn't disappoint. Chicken is excellent quality. Menu is on the pricier side, but that's how things have been going at many fast food restaurants. This restaurant is inside Seafood City.

This was genuinely the friendliest jolibee location I’ve been to - the cashier made an effort to be super friendly and welcoming. The food was given relatively fast as it was a weekday lunchtime. So fresh and delicious and this location has lots of seating space.

I won't put a long review as my photo gives justice already about my complain. But yes, I found a plastic in my spaghetti family pack yesterday. Disappointed? YES!

Crispy chicken heaven!!!! Their fried chicken is just out of the world. If you are a fried chicken lover please don’t pass by an opportunity to visit this place. The flavours are amazing. I got a bucket of 10 spicy chicken and would definitely visit this place again. Highly recommend it

Tried Jollibee for the first time and it's very similar to Popeyes, KFC.Chicken tasted good. The curry that came with chicken is also good. Dine in was ok. Less wait time. The good thing is they gave us the gadget that vibrates and lights up when our food is ready, so we can wait on our table instead of standing.

The nearest branch of Jollibee I can go to from Cambridge. I went to get Filipino spaghetti and their Crispy chicken joy. Love it so much. My always go to for comfort food. Staffs are nice.

Ordered thru online (advertise to skip the line)Order 10 original Chricken with pies, fries, and gravyOrdering online was no sense as i had to wait more than 20 minutes when i arrived at the store. Then, after 20 minutes, myself and another customer were advised that we have to wait another 10 to 15 as they just dropped the chicken in the fryer. Ridiculous service!. No proper communication at all!. There were about 15 staff on duty and a few management teams. The male manager just got back from his break, it wasn't his fault, it was the management team while he's on his break (just in case, someone will review what went wrong with the operation )The store wasn't busy at the time of purchase. Approximately 10 customers dining in.

Meet Jollibee in person after 5 yrs and this chain didn’t disappointment. It has always been our favorite fastfood, crispy and juicy chicken, palabok, spaghetti and burger steak must try Jollibee food.
