They planted severely bug eaten trees and half dead grass. When I pointed out the tree they hadn't planted yet, but had in the hole needed to be rotated because it blocked my view (in a premium lot we paid extra for) they told me too bad, I can hire a landscaper to rotate it afterwards and they planted it blocking my view anyways.
