My family has been taking our pets here for generations. Dr. Hunter has always been kind, patient, honest, and professional. Susan at reception is always so sweet and helpful, and makes the process quick and easy. Just yesterday I got to meet Casey the technician who took the time to make sure me and my senior kitty felt comfortable, and that I totally understood my cats health issues, and her surgical procedure and estimate. She was able to draw blood from my cat, who technicians were not able to draw blood from in the past. She even went for a belly rub without hesitation, and my kitty was loving it. Many pets have had a number of procedures there I never have any hesitations over the level of care my pets receive at Columbia Summit Veterinary.

Dr Hunter and his staff are nothing beyond exceptional. Dr Hunter is very professional and empathetic. I know that my animals are in the best hands when I take them there. My dogs and cat are my children and I would do anything for them, having said that I highly recommend anyone to take their animals to his clinic. 5 stars.

We took our oldest cat there for years, and when we went there to put her to sleep we asked for nothing but a physical paw print, that was all we asked for ( re confirmed a few times) and paid for it. But when we got it , it was the opposite of what we wanted instead they chopped off a chunk of her fur, and put her paw in ink and gave us two ink prints, it was the opposite of what we wanted and disrespected her body by doing both of those to her.

Dr Hunt is a wonderful caring vet. He has saved the lives of many of my pets. His staff is kind caring and helpful.

Great vet with amazing staff who care about their patients and families. Always happy to answer any questions and can usually fit your furry family members in for a last minute appointment.

I brought my kitten here today and I was so impressed. The doctor, the receptions and everyone else was so nice and good to my kitten. The poor guy ended up having earmites and they were so gentle with him as they cleaned out his ears and treated him. The doctor also took time to explain how to administer the at home treatment. I am so happy I picked this Vet to go to.

Favourite vet I have ever been to. I went there once just to grab a product off the shelf and Dr Hunter came out and asked what I was looking for and recommended a product that was much better for what I needed and around the same price. It really impressed me that he personally helped customers when he could, so next time I needed a vet I took my dog there.My dog gets nervous at the vet, but relaxes a bit as soon as she sees him. He dealt with the problem right away and had the chance to encourage me to get other expensive work done... but instead he explained why those next steps probably weren't necessary at this point. He thoroughly explained everything and, despite having spent a lot of time with me, asked if I had other concerns and then proceeded to address those concerns too. I loved that he was not rushing me out.He provides a level of customer service that is hard to find now and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Hunter is a wonderful doctor and so easy to talk to. He is all about the whole health of the dog. Not just physical but behavior wise and socially. He has given us so many tips and tricks with our puppy. Susan is pretty awesome. Easy to get into if you need a same day visit and just a pleasure to deal with. They came highly recommended and I see why.
