I came by the shop on a early Tuesday afternoon in search for some machinery and the sales team was quick, efficient and great to talk with. Purchased a brand new 4-head embroidery machine from Satpal + David A. and they were amazing throughout the whole process! Once we had received the machine, David A. spent 2 whole days with me and my promotional team and trained us through literally everything. I purchased a Tajima TMEZ machine for my business.
