We used Bob's photo booth for our wedding in March and were very disappointed with the service.We had met with Robin (the owner) back in November to pay half the deposit and let him know that we wanted to use a layout that he'd advertised on his website. He said this was not a problem and that we could pick the colors and the text and that everything was customizable. We touched base with him in January to see how things were going and he confirmed that the background we wanted was possible and that his design team would start on the layout in February. 12 days before the wedding we had still not seen a preview of what our layout would look like and when we emailed Robin he said that his design team was getting to it within the week and that he'd send us a preview prior to our wedding. He never did send us a preview before the wedding and at our event he'd used a completely different layout than what we'd requested. It was also brought to my attention that he showed up late. He was booked to start at 3pm but wasn't ready to go until 3:15pm.Bob's photo booth website states: Bob's lets you customize your photo booth pictures in any fashion you like. From custom backgrounds with pictures of anything you can imagine, to professional overlays that personalize your photo to your liking .Unfortunately this was not the case for us as we did not have a say in what the final product would look like. When we contacted Bob's photo booth after the wedding to enquire about the wrong layout Robin said that is was a bigger problem than he was planning for because they'd switched programs. He said his design team had to make a last minute decision on the layout with the information they had but not once during this entire process was he up front and communicate to us what was going on. I feel as though he tried to pull a fast one by not letting us know ahead of time, taking our money, and then waiting until after the event to see if we'd noticed. He did send us a $100 giftcard after the fact but when you pay over $700 for a service you trust that you will be getting what you agreed upon and were promised.When thinking of photo booths for your event we recommend you research other ones in the city as we think that this is not a business that stands by their word or operates with integrity.

Robin at Bob's Photo Booth set up his photobooth for my event. He designed a beautiful layout, was excellent with our guests, and provided everyone with as many photos as they wanted. Would definitely recommend this service to others.

Couldn't have had a better time with the photo booth. Without a doubt makes any party that much more memorable. The take home photo card makes the whole experience one you will remember even if sometimes you can't! Would recommend over and over again

I was hoping that my frustration would die down over time, but it has not. I hired Bob's Photo Booth for my wedding last summer, July 19, 2015...what a mistake!It wasn't Robin (proprietor), just an employee. This employee tried to sit with the rest of my guests, asked (successfully) for my guests to bring him booze (we had open bar), openly flirted with my MOTHER and other guests, repeatedly tried to close down earlier than what we had paid for, and finally left at the end of our paid session, drunk, and stole a 6 unopened sixpack from the bar.I didn't make it into the photobooth myself until the end of the night, as I was busy tending to my guests and trying to enjoy my wedding. It was only then that i realized the machine was malfunctioning---the screen wasn't working and guests had no idea when each photo was going to be taken. the result? a lot of terrible pictures.The photobooth pictures were supposed to tie into our gift, which was a custom picture frame, but most people didn't make it into the photobooth, and the ones came out with terrible pictures.I explained this all to Robin, proprietor, at the end of the night, my WEDDING NIGHT. we went through it again weeks later, when he offered to send me additional copies of each photo as compensation".
