Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The staff only spoke minimal english which made ordering very complicated. So unorganized, the person at the window kept asking if we wanted anything else after every single item which got super annoying. The employees didn't know what was on their own menu, and half of the menu items were unavailable at LUNCHTIME. There was no long bread" for sandwiches and there were no cookies because they "didn't bake any". They also got most of our order wrong. Eggs were rubbery and the barbecue chicken wrap was really bad. Coffees didn't have any sugar. We had the audacity to complain and they treated us like WE were the ones inconveniencing THEM. Terrible experience."

This Tim Hortons is a life saver as it is the only restaurant open at the Port Hope ONRoute after 11pm. Quick service, amazing coffee.

Every time I have been to this location for a meal the food is always sub par. The quality of food is way lower than other locations.Update: After the initial response I have not heard from Tim's, over 2 weeks ago!After all the feedback, I was never offered any compensation. Tim's customer service is terrible. Seems the locations were you can quickly turn around to return offer way better food and service. Once you are back on the highway there is little you can do to complain.

7 am Service so slow !!!Workers don't seem to not like working there. Very glum faces and no smiles.20 minutes to get 2 coffees and a muffin. I didn't order my breakfast sandwich because it would delay me more. 2 people in front of me walked away after waiting 15 minutes in line.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons ever. We used the drive through service not thinking it would take us long to get through with 4 cars ahead of us but we ended up waiting 30 min to get our order which ended up being the wrong items. After waiting another 5 min for our food to be remade and went on our way I opened the sandwich as it was dry and noticed that they had forgotten to put mayo on it. Not only that! I was given disgusting wilted Lettuce. I understand times are tough when it comes to hiring staff but someone needs to manage this place better. Close the drive though if you are understaffed or figure out something else. Train your staff on proper food safety procedures. Giving people wilted/ soggy food can make people sick!

Worse services, worse staff, they didn’t have anything we wanted. Staff super rude and speak very minimal English. Screwed up order for 2 people infront of me & surely mine lol. Never recommend.

Drive thru is very slow, there was only one car in front of me, 20 minute wait. Staff are incompetent and don’t care. Got a Boston cream donut and it looked like they just dabbed or smeared the donut with a thin layer of chocolate and there was no cream in the donut. Coffee had a lot of coffee grinds in it. Long wait time every time I’ve been here even tho not busy with customers.

Terrible service. Slow and apathetic staff.When I first walked into the store, the line to order was huge, just massive. Which should have been the first red flag. But unfortunately I decided give this a try anyway.So after 20 mins of waiting, I finally get my drink. Thinking the food will soon follow, I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes, I walked up to the cashier to ask about my food, I was informed that they don't have some ingredients.Why didn't anyone say something at the time of order or at the time of order prep? Would I have waited until dawn to learn there's no steak? Would I be waiting until the next shipment? Waited until the cow grows up and gets slaughtered?You're better off getting something from the shelf of the convenience store, or order from Starbucks in the same building

Service is so slow. Mobile order is a mess. It took us over 30 minutes to get a box of timbits and a coffee. Not to mention, I ordered 10 timbits and only got 9. What a waste of time.

Terrible service. Waited in line with 3 people ahead of me for 11mins...then waited an additional 9 for my 1 iced capp, while other customers piled up! All but 1 staff member, who was taking out garbage, were standing around with confused looks on their faces. The cashier changed with every customer, no wonder there was confusion. Consistency is key!
