KONE Elevators & Escalators of Thunder Bay
During a terrible snowstorm this past February I was struggling to get my elderly mother from the car into a wheelchair to her doctor’s appointment in the parking lot at Norwest Community Health Centre. Rob from KONE had just finished working there, and was at his car ready to leave when he noticed us. Dropping everything, including his tool kit, he ran to help us. Not only did he ably transport my mother into the wheelchair, but also brought her through the snow safely into the clinic. Thank you, Rob, for your kindness.
