Excellent customer service!I shipped out a package one night, and it turned out the recipient didn't want it, I went to the store the very next morning and they were very kind to help me find it. They couldn't process me a refund, which I was okay with, but advised me to speak to customer service. I did - and customer service managed to give me a refund out of a good-will gesture to due to the situation's circumstance.I felt the level of customer service here was above & beyond - they could've just told me no, there's no stopping the package delivery. But they went out of their way to help me and point me in the direction to help get my money back. :)

After several calls they didn’t receive. I then went to the store standing outside and there were not a single customer. Staff were using phone and I called again 3 times to see, they didn’t even bother to check who is calling as they were super busy using their phones. Very unprofessional and really disappointed ☹️.

I hate to give bad reviews. However, I think this is justified as the customer service is awful.You don't get acknowledged, instead just pointed at to come up the line and no basic manners.

I am shocked at the bad reviews. I have visited this place multiple times to send parcels. The service is fast and smooth every time. The people there are not rude at all; on the contrary, they are professional and courteous. Thanks.

Never go there if you don't need to!!!!!!The worst experience ever. I bought boxes and packaging material from here and asked for a return policy when I bought it. They said I can return it whenever I want if I have the original receipt in original packaging. So I go back there today to try to return my items in original packaging AND receipt and they tell me no we don't do returns"! ?!?!?!?!? They told me that they do NO RETURNS AT ALL!!!So why didn't they tell me this when I bought it?? And since when does Canada Post not do ANY returns???? And it also says "Receipt required for all returns" on the actual receipt!!!! (Photo below) so why even have that if they don't do returns??After getting them to call their manager

Had a great experience with sending a parcel internationally. The employee that helped me was very nice. She was very friendly and provided great service. One of the best experiences at Canada Post so far.

I think it's normal to have post office to have an employee or two where things become loud, I've witnessed it here and don't find it disturbing and disrespectful. As long as the service and knowledge of the employees is nice.The young ladies and gentlemen there is very attentive and always brings a smile for customers.

Most unfriendly staff this morning. Didn't even say hi or thank you. The only words spoken by the staff member was when I was told the price. Honestly, nothing else was said by this individual, even though I said good morning" and "thank you ". Horrible customer service."

The last place you want to mail your package. They want you to print your only shipping label and even tape the whole thing. So I basically pay for the shipping and be a free labor packing for them. The worst experience mail a package ever
