This location has been going downhill for a while but last night's experience will guarantee that i will not be returning. First, not only did I have to tell the guy at the till how much change I got back, he didn't know what a nickel was nor what it was worth. I ordered a poutine and a drink. The person I was with, ordered an angus burger and onion rings, with a drink. That meal was ready at least 5 min before my poutine which was started three times and given to other orders. My receipt was taken off a tray and just left on the counter; was looked at by three different people; crumpled up; turned upside down and placed to the side till someone finally gave me my order. The fun" did not stop there. It tasted burnt. I ended up throwing half of it away because of the horrid taste. The person who was with me has an iron stomach and can eat anything but he couldn't eat it either.The only reason for the one star is that for a change

I had an accuracy issue with my dinner order and I reached out and the manager quickly got in touch with me. They went above and beyond to fix the situation. I visit this location all the time. This was the first issue ever and was dealt with professionally and generously. Will definitely continue to return. Highly recommend the Buffalo chicken sandwich/wrap.

Fried pickles were old and soggy. Requested kindly to have fresh pickles, and the staff stared without apologizing, grabbed the pickles and took them back. Minutes later have he same ones back stating “they were just made”. Horrible services and rude staff. See photos.

Harvey's has gone down hill. Burger was very small for the Angus burger. The bun was twice as big as the burger. The fires and onion rings were cold

Drive thru lane road have potholes. Food we got could have been better. The Chicken patty they served would have been cooked long enough before it felt chewy. Order was on drive thru, so could not come back.

Their Scene points make the meal very reasonable that every time I purchase a meal from here I gat charged so less. Sometimes I have my lunch from drive through.

Today I bought veggie patty burger and the patty was burnt. Last time, we had poutine, there was hair in it but i went back and get new one but i dont have always free time to go back.
