Our family lives on an acreage that has an existing cistern and septic system. One day we had an alarm going off on the septic system. I called Silvester Enterprises. The owner came out to our place within about 10 minutes. He quickly assessd the system, understood what needed to be done and resolved it. I'm thankful to have them servicing our system going forward. Great company to deal with.

Have been waiting for a quote since March. Mid May and I'm still waiting. Have talked to Arnold a few times, he never passes on the message on. Customer Service needs improvement and communications within this company needs to improve.

We had Silvester Enterprises retrofit our septic system in 2014. Due to the nature of our property this was not an easy task. Arnold and his team listened to our concerns, then developed and installed a system that for the past six years has operated flawlessly. Recently we had Silvester back to clean out our Septic tank and RT tank. Again, his team listened to what I requested in regards to vehicles on the property and proceeded to complete the task with no issues.
