Bought a commercial microwave with a 1 year warranty that broke down 13 months after it was purchased and they would not do a thing about it. I would not recommend.

They don't deserve even one star for their service. we have got Ice O Matic machine had issue with it from first day, got the tech on site after 3 days (it was opening day of our new store). again within two weeks it stop working and we did not get the technician fourth day until couple of calls. if you want their service on weekend for the machine under full warranty you pay for the overtime charge of the technician (approx. 150/hr.). if you are ready to pay, the tech they have deployed says they don't have part so they can not guarantee if they can fix the machine.**********************NOT RECOMMENDED**************************

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!

I have oven issue with temperature and I call Celco company to fix and oven is under warranty coverage. I want to say thanks to Anuj patel he helped me to fix oven. He specially send technician from Mississauga and fixed problem on time .Thanks a lot to anuj
