Glesgo Dry Cleaners - Stoney Creek

This location is very poor. Amazingly, they keep having all of the negative reviews removed from Google?! This is the third time I am having to post my experience.I brought in two luxury Italian ties with a minor stain on each which were not removed. They offered a second cleaning which brought the ties back in an even worse condition, especially after the aggressive press left the silk essentially ruined. After telling me it wasn’t their fault, they continued to charge me full price.

Been coming here since we moved to the area 5 years ago and never had issues, quick and convenient location. The lady who is working most of the time is so nice as well. If you have issues talk to them and be reasonable they will accommodate.

Terrible quality and service. Attempted to address an issue and concern with regards to poor quality dry cleaning and tailoring with the owner. He was extremely disrespectful and degrading to both myself and his staff. Will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Always happy with their work and service. I have used their service for cleaning and pressing work clothing, elegant dresses, wool blankets, and duvets.

I am a level 6 Google reviewer.Anyone who follows me knows I usually leave a good review and I'm honest.Unfortunately this time I have to leave a negative review, I have used this cleaning service in the past and have been satisfied.Recently I sent in a comforter for cleaning and it had a light sent from our dog sleeping on it ( no pee ) and that is the reason it was being cleaned, when we got it back and put it in the room instantly we realized the smell was still there. We had it in the room a few days and the dog slept on it the 3rd day as we did not worry about it as it needed to go back in. My wife took it in and they said they dry cleaned it and if we needed it washed we would need to bring it in on a Sunday and sign a consent form. I took it in and they changed there story and said it had been dry cleaned and washed. Funny we didn't sign anything? I asked if they would wash it again for customer satisfaction and they refused, any reputable company would have stood behind there service. At this point they lost a customer and I will never recommend them but instead will tell people to go elsewhere. All they had to do was simply run it through one more time and they would have had our business. So in this case I recommend going somewhere else there are many choices.

Not a good quality clean or press. Price of shirts tripled in 2 years!? Take your clothes elsewhere and you’ll get way more for your money.

Stoney Creek location. Staff amazingly helpful, needed a shirt pressed for a wedding that was happening within the next hour. Did it for me in 10 minutes. Saved me!

Avoid this place even if the location is convenient. The quality of the clean is poor and they nickel and dime you to death. They have no concept of customer loyalty or how to provide a good customer experience.
