Thank you Oscar and team! I have a 1yr old baby and found mold on the subfloor of my kitchen. Duarte Tile responded quickly assessing the damage then sending in one of their professionals to quickly remove the infected subfloor and installing a new one. Never has dealing with trades been so wonderful! They were punctual, professional, fast and clean!! I would recommend them to anyone you will not be disappointed!!

Amazing and professional customer service. We are undergoing a kitchen renovation and worked with Oscar and his team ( Ernie, Peter and Chris) to get part of our floor tiles, all drywall and insulation work and backsplash tiling done… Amazing!!! Peter was a pleasure to have working on our kitchen renovation and was very knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. Thank you everyone for a job beyond well done!!!

This is the second time we've used Duarte's services, this time for our kitchen backsplash tile. While it can take a while to hear back from them with a quote and some communication issues meant a slight delay in finishing the job, the quality of the work is excellent and Oscar and his team were always professional and courteous.

Duarte Tile remodelled my main bathroom. They installed a new tub, fixtures, floor and tub surround with tile. They also assisted in installing a new vanity with double sinks. The bathroom looks amazing and the work was great. Duarte Tile does really good work and stands behind their installations and renovations. They also did a carpet for my entire basement and we absolutely love it!! My kids are enjoying their new play room and our office carpet looks amazing. These guys are easy to deal with and keep the job site clean while working. We will be using them for our kitchen reno!!

I cannot say enough about the great work of Duarte team. We had a very complex tile pattern and shape for a bathroom tile job and their work was absolutely flawless. We were so impressed with this job that we went on to have them do our kitchen backsplash which was also perfection. The team is communicative, flexible, and most importantly highly skilled professionals in their trade. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duarte Tile and am so pleased that we chose to work with them over the other contractors we met with.

What can I say about Oscar and his team! We had the very best experience! We hired Duarte Tile to replace our flooring on our whole ground floor. We chose luxury vinyl plank and are absolutely thrilled with the job they did. It looks beautiful and we are thrilled with the results. Now to specifics….the job was started and finished on time and we were informed about every detail of the job. The quote was very fair and competitive. The team was hard working efficient and very professional. I will definitely hire Oscar and his team for any other renovation work we need doing. I received a quote from Ernie after he saw the project In person. Simple 30 sqft backsplash job.I work in the trades, I’m a licensed plumber. Work with a number of trades everyday. The quote I received was absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I reached out to Duarte tile as they are close to my house and I thought I would support local.They quoted me $3500 for a tiny 30sqft kitchen backsplash job where I already had the tile! I received and got the job done for 1/3 of the cost from a company that does great work.Part of the quote was $500 for grout and cleaning materials. A bag of grout is 30$. Cleaning material? A sponge and a bucket of my water. It’s actually laughable.Always get more quotes. Plenty of great companies that do quality work for proper fair pricing.

Duarte Tile came in to do our front entrance and bathroom floor and wall tile in two bathrooms. They were very easy to communicate with, got the job done quickly and it looks beautiful. Would work with them again.

Oscar and his team are very good at what they do. They are courteous and kind, respectful and communicate very well with each other and the customer. My kitchen was a mess and they came in, took out my old floor and put in a brand new one. It's beautiful and I couldn't have asked for better service anywhere. Oscar is very particular about the way his staff treat customers and it shows 100%. Very professional, I would recommend them and will be using his services again. Peter and the team did a fantastic job on a difficult floor tile repair job. We had plumbing work done prior to the job where half the floor tiles were removed, and the cement floor underneath needed repairs and levelling. Peter kept me informed throughout the job and went above and beyond. Thank you Peter, Ernie, and Duarte Tile! We will definitely reach out in the future for any tiling or renovations we are doing.
