Excellent Sichuan food. We had the fish in chili oil, twice cooked pork and chicken fried rice. All were delicious. The space was large and clean and the service was super prompt and friendly.

The Red Sichuan Cuisine is a restaurant I visited once when it first opened many years ago. I only tried their Dan Dan noodles at that time and thought they were good. This time, with a larger group, I finally had the opportunity to try their proper main dishes. The Salty Roasted Pork Belly, which is essentially Meicai Kou Rou, uses high-quality pork belly, so the taste is definitely great. If you don't eat spicy food, you can order this dish. The Fuqifeipian were impressive. The beef and beef tripe were of excellent quality and quantity. Even the small portion was worth it.The Spicy Duck Tongue was decent, must order if you like duck tongue. The peanuts were also tasty. The Boiled Fish in Spicy Broth should be good, but unfortunately, it was too spicy for me.The Dry Pot Pig Intestines had only one downside: the intestines were washed too clean, and the layer of fat was missing. For dessert, We ordered the Sweet Distiller's grains Mini Rice ball and Brown Sugar Rice Cakes,The rice ball are always a safe bet, but the brown sugar rice cakes had too much sweet sauce, making them overly sweet.

Great place for sichuan style food. Love their dumplings and their noodles. The fish soup is one of my favourites!Big restaurant, tons of seating. Service was great and good was served quickly.Have some great shanghai staples as well. Their Xiao long baus are decent and have BOGO on them too!

Great portions for take out, and the prices are not too bad when I ordered pick-up. Food is not overly salty or oily; quite satisfying for a change from pizza during the stay at home routine.Usually when I order water braised fish, the concern is always that there may not be much fish, or the fish is bland. Here the fish is flavourful in the chili oil with the peppercorns. Picture shows 1 of 2 containers of the fish when you order a small size. The beef and tripe cold dish comes in a very good portion. The chili oil comes in a separate container with sesame seeds and herbs; very fragrant.Beef rolls are like what you’d get at Asian Legend; pretty good with the scallions and beef with a sweet and salty sauce. Can’t speak to the dine in experience because of COVID19.

We’ve been here multiple times since before the beginning of the pandemic. This is some of the most authentic Sichuan food in the area. A lot of reviews criticizing the food for being too oily, that’s just how Sichuan food is.We ordered Ma Po Tofu, Stir Fried Chicken w/ Red Sauce, Hot Plate Black Pepper Beef, Fried Lean Pork w/ Salt and Pepper, Fried Green Bean w/ Minced Pork. All were good and I would recommend. One of the few restaurants in the area that actually gets Ma Po Tofu right. It’s my favourite dish I’ve eaten when I visited family in Sichuan, and I’m actually offended by how many of the local Chinese cafes and restaurants make their Ma Po Tofu. If the tofu isn’t dyed light red in chili oil and there isn’t any numbing peppercorn then it’s NOT Ma Po Tofu!!The staff were nice and constantly checked in on us to make sure our food was good and water cups weren’t empty - absolutely shocking as most Chinese restaurants don’t give a damn unless you ask. This alsowasn’t the case in my previous visits so I feel they must be taking in account criticism of their service, although we may have gotten lucky and gone when there weren’t a lot of customers so staff could allocate more attention to the diners they had.Only criticism is that the prices are a bit high per dish, but understandably the cost of food has gone up drastically everywhere and this place doesn’t seem to get a lot of traffic even at dinner time on a weekend. I’m sure it’s hit or miss depending on who’s working the kitchen (haven’t missed for us yet) but it’s great when it hits.

Pretty authentic Sichuan fare. The ordering is pretty simple with the iPads, and the service is quick. I found the prices a little on higher end for Chinese food in general. The 肥肠 (intestine)and 水煮牛肉 (spicy beef) were very flavourful, but the 川味凉粉 (cold noodle) was my favourite.Overall I’d give 4 stars, but docked another star as our vaccine status was not checked to dine in.

Reasonably priced and generous portions. Touchscreen menu gives the place a modern flair. Food tasted above average with the rest of the sichuan cuisine out there in Toronto. No complaints with the staff. Overall a decent asian cuisine experience.

The staff is very friendly and polite. It's very easy to place your order as each table is given a tab and you can add and remove items from your order before calling the server by clicking an option in the tab. They serve you complimentary hot tea. The food is very flavorsome and they can spice it up too. The meats are tender and cooked well. Parking is difficult to find during lunch and dinner time as there are many other restaurants in that place.

2022 February 3.5★A nicely decorated restaurant with a fair amount of tables. As the name suggests, when you step in, the lighting has a red ambiance, but not red enough to distort the normal lighting. The cuisine is Szechuan or Sichuan in proper Mandarin.Had the 重慶烤立魚 Chong Ching BBQ Tilapia Fish. Though the name is misleading, this fish is actually deep fried and then comes in a very flavorful and spicy stock base. This had a lot different ingredients (lotus root, bean sprouts, mushrooms and the tilapia) alongside with different spices (Szechuan peppers, hot peppers, spring onion, fermented soy beans etc.) Personally though, while the flavors are good, I believe the fish was frozen and found that the fish wasn't as fresh. The 芥籣牛肉 Beef with Chinese Broccoli was good. Pretty standard dish, but the meat was flavored and cooked well.重慶辣子雞 Chong Ching Spicy Chicken. Deep fried diced chicken pieces stir fried in a peanut, peppers and other spices. Good flavored overall, though not as spicy as I would've liked. You can let them know to make it spicier. A lot of peppers, but never enough chicken.糖醋里脊 Sweet Vinegar Tenderloin. Again deep fried and tossed in a sweet vinegar sauce. The crunchy shell was pretty good. The sauce itself was good too.Overall a good restaurant for some spicy food and worth trying if you haven't. Order online at their website or call directly for a telephone order and you get 10% off. Uber prices are higher.Parking in the plaza is available and free.
