I purchased a $90 bouquet for my parents as a “thank you”. I usually make my own bouquets as it’s way less expensive but I wanted it to be special. What a mistake. 80% carnations and baby’s breath; the cheapest flowers. Did not look like the picture online at all. It was a vertical bouquet online and what they received was a round bouquet stuffed with carnations and baby’s breath with a few roses. Never again. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with what I’ve ordered. The first time I let it slide but clearly your quality has dropped. Very disappointed and was a complete waste of money.

Rollason's delivered a beautiful and healthy planter basket, exactly as pictured on their website, to my daughter this week. Attached was a beautiful card and a nicely typed insert with our names. It was to congratulate her on the opening of her new business and will look wonderful on the reception desk. I am sure people will ask where it was prepared. Thank you so much.
