I gave my Tesla Y to Inception for PPF and tint window services right after I received it on delivery day. very good quality work and great customer service, especially they provided me model 3 for loaner vehicle while my model Y was being serviced. The price is reasonable after I searched couple other shops. Highly recommend it for your car detailing project.

I did my research and this shop had a lot of rave reviews. I decided to book an appointment for a complete interior and exterior detailing. Lorenzo and his team of experts did an amazing job on the car! it looks brand new again. They were also kind enough to provide me with shuttle service in and out of their shop while they worked on the car for several hours. The level of customer service, care and expertise that they possess is a pleasure to deal with. I'm looking forward to their services again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who values excellent auto detailing.

From the start of the experience from inquiring about services, scheduling, and booking the appointment I could tell that this is an extremely professional establishment. I had been shopping around many different shops and this place stood out to me enough to make the trip all the way from Michigan to Ontario. Lorenzo and his staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and masters of their craft.If anyone has ever owned a Tesla they will tell you that PPF is a must, and that couldn't be even more true as after a week of ownership there were already a few paint chips in front of my car. Not only is the owner a Tesla enthusiast, he owns a couple and has a ton of experience working on them. I was even offered a Model 3 loaner while they worked on the car.I went with the full body xpel matte and full ceramic coating and couldn't be happier. For some reason these cars are bug magnets and with the ceramic coating these bugs wipe off so much easier. I also had full ceramic coating done on my interior because I have the white interior and after several weeks it still looks brand new without any maintenance.I had ceramic tinting done throughout the car and it's a game changer. It rejects heat making your AC much more efficient. The icing on the cake is that they charge your Tesla so you leave with a full charge.On the day the car was completed it was raining pretty bad, and they advised to keep the car for another day to allow the film to settle. I went against their advice and drove back to Michigan. As a result some of the edges lifted, however when I was back in Canada the next time they addressed all the areas without question.Thanks again for the amazing job!

Can’t say enough good things about Inception! Got PPF and window tinting done on my car in January and May. Had a couple of issues with the PPF bunching up at a few seams but they took care of it and haven’t had any issues since. Everyone I have encountered in the company has been great from the owner Lorenzo, and the office admin Natalie, just an all around well run company with awesome people working there. Highly recommended!

These guys did an exceptional job. I've had PPF on all our cars by 3 different installers. I recently got a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and found these Inception on the Xpel site. This by far was the best work on a PPF. They did the bumper, hood, fenders, lights and mirrors. I also had the Stage 1 Paint Correction. This came out better than the dealer delivery. The Jeep looks amazing! Lorenzo and his crew are great. Highly recommend them.

From professional correspondence over email to the job to payment, the service and attention to detail at this place is excellent. Friendly staff answered all my questions, the quality of work is perfection and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to have something done professionally and properly. I am very pleased with the service i recieved from having a sun strip put in as well as a hydrophobic coating done on my windshield. I will highly recommend friends and family to have any of their detailing and tinting to just save the hassle and go here. Any future car I have I will be going here. Great quality work and great customer service. I had PPF done on the front bumper, hood, headlights and side mirrors. There are no issues with the workmanship and the the film is not even noticeable.I also had 45% ceramic tint all around. The rear window has a one piece tint film which gives the car a uniform look throughout.Highly recommended.
