Avoid this place at all costs! Go to BMW first! its good advice. My car was destroyed at this business due to an intentional act or incompetence. This business is shady. Don't trust the positive reviews, its likely people who are related or know the owners.

It's very hard to be taken seriously as a woman anytime we have to deal with anything car related, but KN Motorsport has never treated me any differently than any man. In the years I've been dealing with this company, I've never been second guessed, or made to feel inferior with any of my concerns or questions (and there's been a LOT of them) . I know that my safety is top priority, and Kyle at KN Motorsport puts the extra effort in to check over every part of a problem and make sure that me and my family can always get to where we need to go. I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else.

It was weird when I called this shop about some work for extended car warranty. The staff answering the phone said he did not know the procedure for administration of warranty repairs and to wait for the manager to get back from lunch or car test drives. They never got back to me and I called them twice and sent one email. The guy on the phone sounded out of breath like he was the only staff doing all the work at the shop, all flustered. I went with one of the other shops on the list of service providers. They seem not to care and are slow. My requests went into a black hole and disappeared. First impressions are important.

Great people with a passion all things BMW, they always get things right without over charging. Kyle and AJ especially are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, especially with newer models like my 2016 X5 diesel. Way better service than a BMW dealership at 30 to 40% lessPersonally I would never own a BMW with out a place like Island BMW Motorsports in my back pocket to rely on.I recommend this garage to all my friends!

If quality ,honest service is what you're looking for ,this is it . But I wasn't expecting for their mechanic to come and fix my car on the side of the road in the middle of a snow. No further comment I'm speechless. Thank you Island Motors. I appreciate

Brought my vehicle in for diagnosis and repair for a problem I could not figure out how to solve. After leaving it there for a day and a half, it was repaired and I was out the door for under $200. I find Island Motorsport to be honest and excellent value. Their philosophy of looking after each car and customer as if it was themselves is clear and obvious. Happy to recommend and return when needed.

We don’t know why we haven’t gone to them before. They are very honest, nice, knowledgeable, and reasonable. They don’t over charge. I hope they get paid enough charging like that. Ha, ha... I totally recommend them. On the other hand, I don’t want them to be very busy for my appointments. If you are looking for BMW repair service, this is the place to go. The staff is amazing. They don't have a loaner however they are very convenient place.
