Blind Magic Window Coverings
Chad at Blind Magic found us exactly what we were looking for! We are not located in the same city and he still provided excellent service with fast delivery of samples and supplies, and was always available for phone calls. He guided us in figuring out how to wire the two story window so that we could have electric blinds after the wiring in our new house had already been completed. I would recommend Chad to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and a great quality product.

Liz was incredibly helpful during my visit and after in selecting vertical window coverings. The estimated delivery date was met and Roland arrived on time and finished within less time than estimated and his workmanship was perfection. I am beyond pleased with Blind Magic and will recommend them to anyone looking for window coverings. Outstanding.

Blind Magic Window Coverings
My husband Wayne and I had blinds resized to fit our new windows. We also had our vertical blinds repaired as well. Blind Magic had to custom repair the vertical blinds.Rolland (certified installer) did an amazing job and was very meticulous, pleasant and very professional.We are most appreciative of all the staff at Blind Magic.

I replaced all the windows in my house and unfortunately needed all my blinds to be cut down. Lizzy Morehouse was super helpful and thankfully all my blinds fit again at a reasonable cost! I would highly recommend blind magic for any blind re-sizing or servicing.

Elizabeth was fantastic to work with. Installers were fast, professional, and very tidy. We had an issue with one blind due to our window size, and Blind Magic kept in constant contact until it was resolved. Wonderful customer support. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

We are absolutely delighted with our new cellular shades and with the service from Blind Magic. From the first visit to the store right through to getting a follow-up phone call to see if we here happy with the installed shades, Lorraine was professional, helpful and accurate. Excellent customer service and competitive prices. I am so glad I chose Blind Magic for my window coverings. Salesperson Liz was very knowledgeable and suggested many options for me to choose from. Installer Roland was also very knowledgeable and efficient. They don’t just sell you a product, they follow up till the end to ensure you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them!

my blind was snapped at middle section, tried to find contractors fix it all summer. all other contractors told me it won't be able to fix, recommend me to replace a new one with over thousand dollars from my pocket. only stuff in this place tried the best to contact with manufacturer to find solution for me. After couple phone calls with me to ask my options, I only need to pay the installation fees to get a new one. I really suggest others come here first to get real professional options before you spend your time and money go to other service providers in the city.

I had a great experience working with Blind Magic to get 6 windows covered in the Hunter Douglas banded shades.When I went to pick out colours, Elizabeth was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.Amina was also very helpful and quickly answered any questions that I had.On install day, Kyle showed up at my new house prepared with everything to complete the job. He was EXTREMELY fast and completed all 6 windows in less than an hour. He also took all of the empty boxes/packaging with him which I appreciated.The blinds fit perfectly and makes the new house look complete.The mechanisms work smoothly and you can tell that these blinds are of high quality.The price was a little high compared to other places I looked, but given the great reputation that Hunter Douglas has, I thought it would be money well spent. The level of customer service and quality of the product, surpasses the other places I looked at.Overall, I would recommend Blind Magic and I look forward to using my Hunter Douglas blinds for many years to come.-Thank You Blind MagicTravis & Martin
