Juice is good, service is okay, manager needs to learn to handle his bussiness more quietly and politely. Thats where the 3 stars is at.

Unbelievably rude store manager. Requested combo per the ad and he refused to honor the signage and posted pricing of what was included. Very condescending to his staff and customers.

The line can get pretty long at peak lunch times but it moves quickly. Staff are friendly, food is yummy.

I would rate this zero if I could. Customer service is terrible and the staff have very little training regarding procedure and customer service.The first and last time I'd gone was when the employee, who wears an M necklace, stole my gift card and refused to give me my money back until I had called the manager. When I had to return the next week to retrieve it, she thought it was amusing to steal from people attempting to patron this location.Skip this place, to pay for an overpriced smoothie and to be robbed by the employee simultaneously is just not worth it.

Purchased vegetarian Italian crumble panini sandwich. It came with soya mince & spinach, no onion or red bell pepper as advertised. The taste was bland, $9.00 wasted on a disappointing lunch.
