We moved to Picton 11 months ago, and went with KOS. We took their Unlimited package, and we're very unhappy with the service. About 3 months into using their service, we started to receive letters from them saying we were using too much Bandwidth on their Unlimited plan, how is this possible? We just canceled with them after receiving about 4 letters from them about the Bandwidth! I have never had a problem before with any Internet Provider about using too much Bandwidth on an Unlimited plan, this is just crazy!

Using KOS as an internet provider has had its ups and downs as far as the internet itself, however anytime I've had an issue and have had to contact KOS the customer service can't be beat. These large companies such as Bell cannot compare to the customer service that KOS offers. This means so much to me as a consumer.

I have been with KOS for a few years it has been trouble free up to now . I have recently change to a different provider and had difficulty terminating services with KOS. If you choose to buy the modem out right make shure its included on your first service bill and not paid for as a separate purchase. it will help to clearly establish ownership . lesson learned

If i could give negitive stars i would!April 2023- Paying for internet that can't be used for 3 to 5 days at a time over equipment issues" twice. Have only had the equipment installed in February and here we are not even into may yet. The install tech was wonderful but as soon as you have to call over an issue the customer service is NOT there!Update as of june 2023 - still not consistent internet service have had to call at least once a month for the same issue over and over again. (Connected without internet access) because of something on their end. And now they need to send a tech out AGAIN which is going to be another 3 to 5 Business days without the service I am paying for!Help desk people are absolutly rude and very unhelpful! The one time I called them I complained that I'm getting sick of having to call every month for my internet not working and what is the reasoning behind having to always call them for the same issue. They gave me the well lets look into the issues they reset their end of things and surprisingly didn't have to send out anyone that time but when I said can we fix this problem so I don't have to call every month if not twice a month. Their response was it's not that bad having to call for us to just reset everything and I said that's not the point

We have used KOS for over 2 years now and suddenly the internet barely works, we’ve had a couple technicians out and they said that the receiver on our roof has cracked and is getting water in it, affecting the signal. So instead of replacing it and fixing our internet they recommended we try one of their competitors! Very unimpressed at the non existent professionalism and the lack is customer care.

Terrible internet service and provider. I was forced to give them 1 star in order to review. Internet on weekends does not work so I am paying a monthly bill for 20 days a month of below average slow internet service. Also, do to their hours it is impossible for anyone to help or service my issues when I need them ie after 6pm most nights and weekends. Terrible experience all round. If you can avoid them, highly recommend that you do.

Employee of KOS for almost 20 years, have used our services for the same amount of time from old school early 2k legacy aDSL to FTTN and since we've offered it, our Cable service in the city of Kingston and have been nothing but satisfied. I may be an employee but I am also, a happy KOS customer. :)

We have been with KOS for almost 4 years...terrible , absolutely terrible. We have called many times being extremely patient, our last call they told us that was the way it was going to be. We can't even watch a movie without it buffering every 20 seconds.
