I ordered windows for our cottage that is in a remote location in Quebec, without easy access. All the planning, selections, followups, coordination happened online and over the phone. Khalid was extremely thorough throughout the process, helping me with ideas on window types, measurements, minimizing price, etc. He spend a lot of time making sure everything is done well. It was a breath of fresh air after experiences I had with other recent orders. Overall an amazing and very professional experience. Thank you!!! I strongly recommend him and Ventanas!
