Kelly was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. She went above and beyond, stayed after her work hours to help us book our trip! She suggested very good resorts and gave us the best deal.

I vacationed with sunwing in Mexico December 2022. Was set to fly home December 24th, flight was delayed 8 times in 36 hours. Sunwing customer support basically ghosted me, the rep at the hotel had no info to provide. I had to book another night at the hotel and find my own transport to the airport the next day. In all I am $1,000 out of pocket. I submitted a claim with them in January and have followed up numerous times. Nothing. Would never book with them again, this is not how you treat customers.

We have been very fortunate to have booked a few times with Janette. She is very helpful and professional. The trips we have booked have been amazing. Can’t wait for our next trip. I thought I could easily search and book my own travel online. But what a difference it made talking to a knowledgeable travel agent at the Oakville Sunwing store. Erika was so helpful and provided excellent advice based on her own experience. She advised when it was worth it to upgrade the room and when it wasn’t. She even had great advice on which resorts would be able to handle my special dietary needs and which to avoid. I am so happy I booked with Erika and Sunwing - and I came away with a new piece of luggage as part of their in-store promotion!

She arranged for us vacation package which what absolutely smooth and full of fun for entire family. Janette is very experienced in finding the right vacation keeping in view the timing, family requirements and budget. She maintain a very good balance between winning a client and not be pushy on selling. I personal like this a lot. It gives me time to think and make decision which are more rational rather emotional and under pressure. 1. My smaller suitcase was lost, a claim was submitted. No way to proceed.2. Both of my round-trip flights were delayed for > 1 day. I tried to submit a compensation request, but it falsely said neither of my flights were delayed for >3 hours. No way to fix it.3. Later on, our flight back was cancelled. We were told to buy tickets on our own. No way to reimburse the tickets, and get compensated for the missing food voucher.

We were having trouble getting a hold of Sunwing via phone so we decided to visit them in person. This was definitely the way to go. We were on hold for an hour and a half before the line got dropped the day before.The rep we got was fantastic, she pushed for us to get our vouchers redeemed. She booked everything. Explained all of the concerns regarding COVID. 0/10 via phone. 10/10 in person. Ty Kelly!
