Helmutz Landscape & Interlock

Working with Helmutz for our interlocking driveway was a wonderful experience start to finish. Eric in sales was efficient and patient in quoting our job, offering design solutions and assisting us in choosing the best colour to complete our home. The demolition and installation process was as seamless as it could be. Site supervisor Kyle and his team were meticulous in every aspect of their job and tidied the site each evening, ensuring zero damage to our lawn and surrounding surfaces. The work was completed ahead of schedule and Eric was able to accommodate us before the end of season during an especially busy time. The attention to detail on completion of the driveway was amazing. It was so refreshing working with such a professional and respectful team who still place emphasis on the customer experience. Highly recommend.

Helmutz performed two large projects at our house. We got a patio installed, replaced an old walkway and collapsing retaining wall that surrounds one side of our house, and replaced the driveway with all with pavers. The design, estimation process, scheduling, work crews were all professional. Costs were totally reasonable, work was done on time, no delays, and they have been quick to respond to some minor issues we had with the installations. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for any work we need done again.

The process from start to finish was well thought out and well done. The only glitch we had was we were not contacted about the actual start date, but the team showed up one Monday morning and were ready to go. I consider the lack of start time to be a minor glitch given the great team we had here working and how the whole process went. We have had many compliments from the neighbours and the Helmutz team made a design which would help to accommodate one of our friends who has mobility challenges. We just love coming home and being welcomed by such a wonderful exterior.

My husband and I are pleased with the stone wall build on the side of our property. Workers were respectful and the planning done well. The work was completed in a professional manner and overseen appropriately where there were concerns. All work completed in a timely fashion. Of all the projects we have done on our home, the work that Helmutz did has been the most positive experience to date. Our 2021 project consisted of a backyard patio, raised beds, ramp and fire pit. We were so impressed with the exceptional work that Helmutz did, that we had them back this year (2022) to do our driveway and front walk. We were fortunate to have Helmutz crew back for the 4 th time, to work on yet another project for us. This project involved redoing our backyard patio, enlarging it, as well as prepping for a swim spa, with retaining walls. Phenomenal team and professional results done right. Our journey started with Eric and his plan, very happy he took on our project. Then we worked with Doug, Amanda and James to bring the plan to life. Our project involved a retaining wall between lots. This team communicated very well with us and our neighbour, they were professional, kind, unbelievably tidy and extremely meticulous! My husband and I worked with Helmutz last year, and they completely transformed our outdoor space. Our backyard originally had a huge retaining wall, and their designer Erinne created such a gorgeous flow with our backyard grade, making the slope of the stones more gradual, and so high-end. We had Mark manage the whole project, and he is one of the most skilled operators, we've ever seen. He managed all the staff so well, and everyone was so kind and awesome. They cleaned up the site every day, and the finished product is spectacular. I will recommend Helmutz to everyone, we are so impressed. It was a huge job, but they absolutely nailed it, and now we get to enjoy our outdoor space for years to come! Thanks again!

Helmutz Landscape and Interlock installed a new Interlock Driveway/Sidewalk and Patio for us. They were very professional to deal with addressing any concerns we had. Their work was finished in a timely manner and the worksite was always cleaned up at the end of each day. The end result is beautiful and it has definitely added value to our home.
