This company should not be in business in my opinion…they are totally unbelievable! I phoned 9:30 in the morning to arrange an 11:00 am pick up and nobody ever showed up. I called and they told me they were running late and a driver would be at my house in a few minutes, just dropping someone off. Called twice more and the phone was not answered and went to voicemail which was full! I had a doctors appointment at 11:20, which I lost do to their unprofessionalism. I hope I don’t get charged a fee for my missed appointment! Will never try to use this service again and definitely do not recommend to anyone needing a taxi!

They said 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes, then proceeded to walk home. They never called to say they had arrived, meaning they never showed up at all.

I don't know how this cab company is still operating. So unhelpful to seniors (that's if they even show up). Always rude on the phone too. We need another taxi service in town so this place can completely crumble to the ground. It's more than halfway there as is. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Got picked up at Sobey's. Driver just sat in the car while I loaded the groceries in the trunk. I am a senior btw. He drives me home (again he sits in the cab while I unload 10 bags of groceries) and THEN tells me he can't take any cards and he has to have cash. I never carry cash, so we had to go to the local Circle K and pay $3 to get cash from the machine. He then refuses to give me my change until I agree to tip him. This is the first time I have used this company and this may just be a really bad driver. I hope for their sake these aren't their company policies.

They were 20 mins late for a ride I booked hours in advance, and charged me $100, after quoting me $50 on the phone. They also said it was fine to bring my dog, then when the driver arrived said it was an extra $30. The driver was kind, but the office staff were very misleading.

He so bad , and not honest, he charged me alot , and does not reset the counter ( not zero) , and when I told him he was so mad and forced me to pay !! Also still taking to prevent you from seeing the counter

This Is by far the worst taxi service available I get it. Life is life and business run into complications or loose employees and drives but being a business owner it is my responsibility to to figure it out. I am not write reviews or bash a business trying to get by but this business unfortunately will promise and guarantee your time pick up and not show up or call I have had one of their drivers show up 2 hours and 10 mins later.If you are looking to get around and have to take a taxi do not take Orangeville taxi you will 90% be lateTake Uber

If someone specifically requests 4:45, the taxi should be there and ready by 4:40. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t show up at least 5 minutes early to a schedule appointment or meet up. I now have to wait another hour for the next bus I can catch to Toronto. Now, the trip will be 2 hours and change. I am livid. Really tried to help my own, but this service is not worth it.

Called and ordered a taxi for 5:30. Car broke down and I needed to get my son from daycare. I explained that I absolutely needed the cab to be there and the phone agent assured me they would be there. Cab called me at 6:15 asking for my location. Not impressed
