Thank you so much Jared for the amazing service and helping me find the perfect vehicle for me & my kiddo!I started working with Jared in June ‘22 to find the right car, figure out what I needed/wanted and what I could afford.He was fantastic to work with and even helped make a few things happen that he initially didn’t think could be done.This was my first purchase of a new car and my only advice is: if you haven’t purchased new before, make sure you ask about all the processes, delivery times vs. Timing of paperwork, etc. There were some sticky points around when the car was arriving and when the paperwork was done, but with Jared and the Sales Manager’s help we worked it all out.I now that the perfect car for me and can’t wait to take her on a road trip!

Just recently bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 off of Brett at Park Mazda. I was looking for a rig to buy in Alberta when I was back east for the Hollidays. Brett went above and beyond to provide all the information pictures and videos of the CX-5 to me seeing I was not there to see it personally. Couldn’t be happier with the service Brett and the finance team provided. It was exactly what I was expecting if not better when I got back to Alberta. I highly recommend stopping in to talk with Brett if you are looking at purchasing a vehicle.

Alyssa was great when we went to purchase our brand new Mazda. She was very easy to work with and made sure we got everything stated on our sales contract. Eddie in finance also did a really good job at making us feel very comfortable and completed the financial aspect in good time.Might I also add that we had our toddler with us who was cranky/ hungry and the staff bought us all food to eat while the sale was being processed.In general, we had a great experience and will recommend Park Mazda!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Dealership Park Mazda. I visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle and provided a down payment of $1000. However, to my dismay, the dealership failed to provide me with any information regarding the interest rate associated with the financing agreement and they kept my money.As a customer, I believe it is crucial to have complete transparency and be fully informed about the terms and conditions of any financial agreement, including the interest rate. Unfortunately, the dealership neglected to fulfill this basic expectation, leaving me uncertain and concerned about the lack of professionalism and transparency in their practices.I would strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution when dealing with Park Mazda. It is essential to have all relevant information, including the interest rate and down payments before committing to a financial agreement. Transparency and open communication are fundamental aspects of a trustworthy business relationship, and unfortunately, Park Mazda has failed to meet these expectations.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Park Mazda. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and kind. Brett from the sales department was very relaxed and not pushy which I really appreciated. Cindy in finance was knowledgeable and again not pushy. There was a minor issue to fix and Kevin from the service department was super accommodating and the dealership took care of the costs. I would highly recommend this dealership. They practice with integrity and actually care. Thank you everyone at Park Mazda for making this experience seamless!

It was a great experience getting my first car (Mazda3 2023 sedan) from Park Mazda. When I first came here I was attended by Ben from sales department and I think that was my lucky day! He was really helpful and not at all pushy which is why the deal went so smoothly. My vehicle delivery got delayed and he was kind enough to get me a loaner/rental vehicle for the meantime! Tony from the finance department was very knowledgeable and it was great discussing finance with him. I recommend both of them for everyone! 10/10 !!!Thank you everyone for making this experience seamless and stress free! Everyone working there are excellent in delivery best service to the customer!

After a very long and stressful experience with trying to find a new car I came to Park Mazda and was met with their amazing staff. Michelle aided me throughout the purchase of my vehicle, she was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole process go by fast and easy. I am truly grateful for her kindness and help.

“Qualified test drive gets a $25 gift card” that is widely advertised is a false statement when you had already test drove the vehicle, purchased it the week after and still waiting for the card 4 months post purchase. Been there multiple times and numerous phone calls with each answer “it takes time to order these gift cards. We would like to mail it out to all the recipients at the same time”. Brett our sales guy said it would come by the end of the month. Not sure where these gifts card are coming from but it’s not that hard to walk to the Safeway that’s literally right next door and get a $25 VISA card. Worst dealership and dishonest people I’ve dealt with. Better think twice if you want to purchase from Park Mazda. If I could give zero stars I would as they falsely advertised and consumers like myself fell for it.

I recently purchased a 2022 genisis g70 at park mazda and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Lucky, moe was exceptional in providing top-notch customer service that exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.When it came time to pick up my vehicle, moe was amazing in going through every feature on the car with me, making sure that I knew how to use all of the amazing technology and features that come with a genesis g70 and made sure I was completely satisfied before I drove off the lot.
