My wife and I went came across The Shoe Inn in the quaint town of Qualicum Beach. It is such a cute little store with amazing accessories and decor. Sharon was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting my wife finding Blundstones in her actual size. Prices were very reasonable, absolutely comparable to big box retailers.Next time we visit Qualicum Beach we will definitely be back to The Shoe Inn to see what kind of gems they have.

Went in trying to find boots. They had a good variety and selection. There was only one person working that day, and service was quite poor. Despite there only being one other customer in the store, I was treated like I was an inconvenience for asking for a different size or for leaving a pair of boots out after trying them. The service ultimately caused me to go spend my money elsewhere.

I feel like the 5-star queen of posting. But I only post reviews for places that I really like and that I feel are 5 stars. The Shoe Inn is one such place. You just can't beat the quality with classic or unique styles of footwear. They have great sales regularly. Always get complimented on my shoes from the Shoe Inn.

Went shopping for an excellent pair of walking shoes. Loved the gal who served me. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with a wonderful sense of humour. I walked out with a pair of Merrells. Very pleased with the local shopping experience.

Went before and the service was just so so. My family recently went again and we had great, helpful service this time. I guess it depends on who you get but this last time was a 5 star. Plus a nice selection of shoes.

What a wonderful experience...again. A trip to Vancouver Island is not complete without going to Qualicum Beach and seeing what is new at the Shoe Inn. I no longer worry about gifts for the family and they appreciate the quality and personal touch.
