I wish I could give more stars but service is more than the groom itself. It took over a month for her to respond to a booking request only to be told it would be a month before I could get an appt. Then finally after 2+ months, she was a no-show for the appt and stated she had forgot to contact me when her van broke down. I seem to recall, the very first appointment last year was also cancelled due to an issue at her sons school. I tried to be patient but there was really no attempt made to rebook or apologize for the delays.
