Sent a client there to purchase hardwood flooring about 5000 dollars later.They did not supply the needed glue so I ordered it,and 5 days later I went to pick up, no glue and no record of it being ordered said they would look into it and call me asap.,no call nothing,simply wasted my time and my clients time.Not even a little impressed!

I built a house in Perth Ontario in 2015 and have just finnished the whole ordeal. I acted as the general contractor in the process and hired out the trades as the jobs came along. One thing that wasnt a hard choice was who I was going to get my flooring and trim installed by. Almost all of the tradesman i asked who was the best in the area recommend County flooring and design center. I had hardwood on the main floor, carpet on the stairs and bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The design consultant came out to the house to go over some options and once we had made our decisions the work began. They did not disappoint. The gentleman who installed the tile in the bathrooms did work that looked like it came out of a magazine. And our newborn daughter loves the carpet in her room and hall way to crawl around on. The hardwood on the main floor is beautiful and easy to maintain with two dogs on it all the time. I will be attaching some photos to show just how much i appreciate all the work that was done. I would highly recommend Country Flooring to all my friends.

I looked at the other posted reviews and sure wish that the work done at our house was as good.We had country carpet install a luxury plank type flooring for us in June of 2014 in a large family room.There aren't any boards that have ends that actually touch. You can stick a dime in the space at the end of any board, many gaps will hold a quarter.After a couple of years of company reps looking at it and telling us that it wasn't correct and empty promises to replace it, we simply got tired of contacting them.We really regret not doing the job ourselves.

Called twice in three weeks to get someone out to measure and install carpet in my house. They took my details the first time and said they would call me back with a time for measurement. a week and half went by, and no call. So, I called again and they took my details a second time. It has been a week, and no call. Terrible service and incompetence. I would not recommend.
