VERY knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to help you AND are friendly and genuine while doing so! I never feel like I'm inconveniencing" any of the staff here when I have a question (like I do at some other stores).It comes from above because the owner is a delight - cheerful and sincere and you just know she and her staff are happy to be there and love what they do. Definitely recommend

I love this store. I love that it's open until 9pm, I get off of work at 8 so it's so convenient for me to stop by on the way home. I love that they have such an amazing policy that you can return dog food within 30 days if your dog doesn't like it - even if it's unopened and they will donate it to a shelter! And lastly, the staff here is super friendly and helpful! I stopped by last night and the girl at the cash was so helpful! She helped me choose food for my pup and even gave me a few samples for him to try. Will definitely be coming here all the time over the Pet Smart in my area.

My favourite pet store to shop! I have been a customer of global pet foods for over 15 years and love their service! They are so knowledgeable and always up to date with new healthy foods for my animals. They always spoil my fur babies when I bring them into the store. Highly recommend to all my family and friends!

As a customer who purchased 3 cans of Little BigPaw cat food from this store yesterday, I was extremely disappointed and angry to find out that the products I purchased were either expired or short-dated, with no indication or warning from the store.According to the manufacturer's packaging, the expiration date for these products is printed on the lid, which is covered by a cardboard package. Unfortunately, I was unable to open the cardboard package in the store to inspect the expiry dates, so I relied on the store owner to do their due diligence in ensuring that they were selling fresh, safe products.However, upon opening one of the cans this morning, I was shocked to discover that it was short-dated, with an expiration date of June 2023. As a responsible store, Global Pet Foods should have marked this short-dated product or offered it at a discount so that customers are aware of what they are purchasing. I think I have been too naive to make such assumption when I further inspect products I bought.To my dismay, upon further inspection of the remaining cans, I found that the salmon flavor had already EXPIRED in March 2023, and the duck flavor would expire in October. I was appalled to learn that they are selling expired and short-dated products with no indication to customers.I would caution other pet owners to be extremely cautious when purchasing products from this store or avoid completely as they don't care what they are selling, and they put the health and safety of pets at risk.

Very helpful and kind workers. Although the store seems smaller they do have everything you'll need for your pets. The workers made some great recommendations for toys and treats. My corgi loves it!

Better off going to petsmart or another pet store. Prices here are much higher. They also don't put any price tags on the shelves, wo you have to flip and look everywhere on the product to hopefully find the price, most times it's no where on the bag/product. Have no idea why they operate this way.
