They Routinely go through your bank account and call and ask what/where and why certain e transfers or payments or account transfers are going/for what reason. Even though it's not their money (monies already in the bank.) Plus they're rates are stupid high. For example they just called wondering why I switched money from 1 account to another. Avoid at all costsTalk about invasion of privacy

Looked around at a few places and decided to go with Easyhome. As soon as I made my decision to go with Easyhome I knew I made the right decision. Danielle the person I dealt with all over e-mail and text may I add was a great experience. Lies to customers to make their money. Doesn’t want to do the slightest amount of pre approval for loans, unless they’re getting paid that day. Even if you say you don’t need it yet, just want to see if you’re approved for the date you need. Then will make you wait 30 days to reapply, when you said you didn’t need it yet in the first place. They’ll tell you it’s all fine, then say it’s not when it’s too late. We will be using another location so we don’t have to deal with that sales rep.

very fast very friendly and accommodating, was able to get same day delivery and had no issues with the amount of items i was interested in.im glad i had come back to check out what was there as i was in need of a cpl things asap, last year when i tried to come in i didn't feel very welcomed with the staff that was there at that time. yesterday and today i am a very happy customer with the staff on hand right now (management) made everything nice easy and friendly

Friendly and honest. Easy and fast. Really happy with our couch and triple bunk beds. They delivered and put it together, were polite and good with my kiddos. No hidden costs they are straight forward and affordable for a single parent.

The new manager has been amazingly friendly, super helpful and pleasant to deal with. He compliments the rest of the staff very well. The old manager kept telling us there was nothing wrong with a washer and dryer we had nothing but issues with from go. The new manager replaced it within a week of taking over the position and the new ones work perfectly! We were so upset about being ignored over the issue, we were considering returning everything at that time. We are instead having new things delivered today!

You won't believe this. My payment due date was April 15. I went to the store and it was closed for Good Friday. I come in on the 16th to pay and find out I'm getting charged a late fee as well. I asked the manager, Drew, if it was fair to charge me a late fee when the store was closed. How can I pay when the store is closed?It's company policy. Late is late.Very disappointing to be treated like this.This policy has to change or at least use some common sense in a situation like this.The fee isn't much, but the manager was, oh well. That's the part that got me fired up. I paid and left. I even asked the worker if he thought a late fee was fair and he said no.This left a sour taste in my mouth for hours.Boo EasyHome!
