The staff were amazing, super friendly, answered all my questions, explained everything to me about the process and were even super patient when the system had issues and hadnt saved any of my information from my online booking ...Upon return of the truck, they were just as friendly and personable to me, answering all my questions and treating me with the upmost respect, even with the seemingly frustrating other customers that were being rude and frustrating at the end of the day just before closing ...I would highly recommend this location as they have quite a few trucks, more than most locations I have seen, and they are onsite, so quick and easy ...Tons of supplies ready to pickup and go along with almost any accessories you could need for your rental ...

Service om returm was ok. Bur vehicle was very old with over 200k kms done. Shaken on the road and did not have a power to pull. The service person listened to the loud music of some singer who was every 2nd word swearing (was hard to talk). Our morning booking was canceled and time changed without our consent

AVOID THIS LOCATION!+1 on really really bad customer service.Had an appointment scheduled online and paid for 2pm. At 12:28pm, received a refund on my charges. I called the location 1:30pm to see what happened and if my appointment was cancelled. They said I didn't show up, and my scheduled time was 1pm (why refund before that, then????)I tried to reschedule, and the cost was double the one I had paid.A rude guy argued with me, against all the proof I had, email confirmation and order paid, saying I didn't show up. I told him multiple times my confirmation said 2pm he then said: well

I am really questioning their customer service model.Why did I need to talk to a person if they are going to make me follow a self serve process: scan my own license, register my own information. Pretty pointless having customer service!Furthermore, customer service did not take initiative or provide information unless prompted. How many people book a U-Haul truck regularly and are familiar with the process! They could have been a little more informative.The furniture dolly requested during booking was not available at the time of pickup. This was really inconvenient and made my task more difficult. They did give me an appliance dolly but it wasn't suitable ultimately and they should have thrown it in for free but again that's a lack of customer service.Self serve at return was quite the hassle. Another inconsiderate customer left their returned truck in the middle of the driveway, not properly parked, forcing me to go around the other way and awkwardly back into a spot. This cost me a lot of time and stress. Again, perhaps if customer service had provided better instructions about dropping off the rental maybe this wouldn't be a problem. Or perhaps, this is just on some inconsiderate people.The truck itself was ok. Compared to other services there were no fastening straps inside the truck so you have to pack it tight to ensure nothing bounces around.The self serve process is very efficient but only if you are a regular customer. I don't think I will use U-Haul again for moving as this experience left me even more stressed. I'm only now finding out that this is the norm for U-Haul.

Poor customer service , the lady in charge here is very rude and unprofessional,I was in this location at 11am 7july 2023 , I wonder if UHall doesn't read reviews?

Worst service everlThey have no clue what customer service means.They treat you with 0 respect.They overcharge youThey give you wrong estimated costs.They charge me $900 for 1 day rental when they estimated $300 first time second time $550 total to pay $900Even when I told them exactly the km I was gonna drive.Stay away from this place there are better options outhere.Home depot, budget,enterprise etc.Better service, better prices and respectful people not ANIMALS.

This was second time i rented 10ft truck from UHaul and again service was excellant. The lady at the counter was so nice and polite. Customer service was great. I returned the equipment almost an hour late but I was not billed for that, thanks to Uhaul and the people you have at the front.I don't know if UHaul does it but equipment should be senitized after every return especially the handles, seats, door nobs etc.Thanks,RK

Lots of bad reviews for this location so I thought I would share my honest opinion. I have now installed two trailer hitches on two different cars over the last few years.Uhual’s prices are unbeatable and I have never had an issue with quality or safety as mentioned by other reviewers.Installed a trailer hitch on my Range Rover 3 years ago. A small piece of the diffuser was needed to be cut to fit the trailer hitch as per manufacturer which I already knew but was happy the tech brought it up before installation.Just installed a trailer hitch on my jeep and installation was smooth and have no complaints.Why 4/5 stars? Women at front desk could provide better service. Tech performing installation is very friendly and does a job well done and was in touch with me several times by phone before installation keeping me up to date with the parts arrival date.If you are considering installing a trailer hitch here don’t let the other bad reviews stop you.

I reserved online there was alot of chaos I didn’t get my uhaul at given time then they changed the location then there was no proper management adress is different, parked vehicle somewhere different, key was on different side. Totally chaos not recommended.

The staff picking up the vehicle and getting my refund back both are too tired to be the front end of any store front.. they were not welcoming or nor forthcoming and have an abundance of attitude and non chalant behavior.. I pay for the services not asking for a favor but they pretty much couldn't be bothered more-or-less with doing their job
