Really great place to work out. It's very inviting and not intimidating. Paul is well informed and is great at offering up solutions.

. My classes have given me a tool to manage myarthritis pain . I no longer take Heavy duty painkillers or anti inflammatories.. Paul has been a godsend.I can't imagine life without Fitcore.
