Worst system I’ve ever had. Continuously buffering or shutting down completely despite higher download speeds. Guide often not available. Always get excuses for poor system. Only good thing is the price but is it worth it?? We will be switching to something else.

This by far is the best Service I've had in my viewing experience of Television. It's great to know after working hard day after day I can come home and watch basically whatever I want and Relax. Sports ,Shows, Movies, Cartoons for the Kids. My family loves it. John is always a great guy, if I could Rate them 6 out 5 , I would!!

John is amazing. When I run into problems he is so helpful. One evening I was not receiving tv at all. It was around 7 pm and he advised he would send a tech over. I advised it could wait until the next day. John said no he wanted the problem resolved immediately. 10 minutes later tech arrived fixed problem and no further problems. Internet runs slow which while working from home can be a problem. My computer freezes from time to time.

Absolutely fantastic company, and great service! He is excellent at dealing with the public. He is very knowledgeable, straightforward and helpful. When there was a system problem and a lot of customers had to come in for technical support services he stayed open 2 + hours past closing to ensure that everyone was dealt with that came in. Even though I'm very sure that he was tired and couldn't wait to finish his day and go home and relax mentally and physically you would never have guessed it from his demeanor and conversations. He definitely has the right personality to be dealing with the public even in stressful situations. In the time that I was waiting for my turn (over an hour) I didn't see or hear a single person/customer get short, snarky, complain or in general make a scene out of anger/frustration. I attest to his personality and his way of dealing with people. It's a very rare thing that at least one person doesn't make a scene, it's just human nature.I highly recommend his business, myself I have an iptv subscription with him and my equipment is from his store as well. As far as this service is concerned I can't recommend it enough. He doesn't over charge you for any services nor does he stick in hidden fees, he is extremely fair in all billing and services he provides. If I could rate him higher then 5 stars I would.Trish

Very good service. The fact everything is updated for you is a bonus. Iptv works great in another country.

The owner goes out of his way to make sure that he solved any problems that you may have... He even sent some time at my house trying to fix my internet. He deserves a lot more than five stars.

John is great to work with, he is always available to answer questions and if there are issues he is in the office to get it fixed
