Very clean and the items were well placed and easy to see. One thing that bothered me. Some of the proces on the clothing were more than you could buy new!

This used to be a great spot to shop. I find this location has really dirty items and higher prices. Not sure why. These little shoes are cute, but $7 plus tax, not all your shoppers will pay that ...

Nice place a lot of parking plenty of room to move around to shop freely inside friendly staffs reasonable price items a lots of different items everyday !

I used to love this place but with the prices they have now you will advertising pay less for brand new items. They even had quite a few dollar store items, with their price tags from the dollar store still on, and this VV was charging over twice what the item was worth new!

The worst.I brought a painting up to the cash. The lady said, “that’s not the right price.”She peeled off the $5.99 sticker, had someone print a new sticker, and then tried to charge me $12.98.She said customers change the stickers and employees are allowed to change the price at check out.I said that wasn’t fair to the patrons who don’t change the stickers.She then pointed to the policy on the table- it’s in French. I said I don’t speak French and maybe they could include one in English to avoid situations like this.She then said, “Ya well, you’re in Quebec.”Needless to say, I left without the painting. $12.99 for a framed poster with scratches is one thing, but the woman’s customer service left me feeling uncomfortable.

A little pricey but what value villages aren't, these days. Could be cleaner but good selection of clothes.

Good considering the price, it's the classic thrift store shopping experience.

I'd say one of the best examples of an average Value Village. Some finds here and there, some wonky pricing but overall a pleasant thrifting experience.I'd say worth it, it isn't what it used to be but still a solid stop !

It has good prices, but not a lot of choice lately. The shelves are half empty. The clothing department is ok, not very well stocked, but fairly good selection.

Here are positive side:They have a good collectionDesigns and quite neatNegative side:The price doesn't include shipping and delivery ( Reno depot does! And same pricing even in some cheaper, much cheaper)It doesn't include installation and that's extra (Reno depot does)In general Reno depot is much better and save more money.
