Very friendly staff! Really appreciate all of your help getting my daughter setup with her first longboard ... I could really tell the staff cared and were super excited to get another female into the sport. Would shop here again for sure.

Came in to explore while in fernie and was let down by one of the staff members. He was condescending and didnt seem interested in answering any of the questions my fiance had. It was a disappointing experience considering the rest of the store was nice.

Amazing customer service and selection of gear. I lost my favorite hat from Australia and Board Stiff happened to have the exact same hat and color in stock (not available anywhere else in world surprisingly). The gentleman over the phone went above and beyond to help custom ship it to me. Thanks guys!
