I was having constant issues with my AC and furnace for the last few years. A friend of mine told me to reach out to Vaibhav Patel (Pintu), an employee at GLORS Hearing & AC, and I had an amazing experience. Not only was he able to fix our AC, he also resolved issues we had with our furnace. His effort and honesty did not go unnoticed. Within an hour of his visit he was able to diagnose, and repair our AC. The next day he gave me a call and told me has an idea that can help fix our furnace. He dropped by and fixed it within 30 minutes. I will definitely be referring him to all of my family and friends. I recently used GLORS to complete furnace installation at my residence. This all started when I woke up and found my furnace broken. It was really cold inside and I reached out to Mr Patel for help early morning. Mr Patel made my job his first priority of the day and was here in a couple of hours to start the work. End to End everything was wrapped up by mid afternoon and very thankful to Mr Patel and Team for their service and professionalism. They left the place clean and took the broken furnace on their way out. As always, I will recommend them to my friends and family when needed.

We had our new AC and Furnace installed by Glors Heating and AC. Technicians were on time, highly knowledgeable and professional. Work was done with care and quality of product is amazing! Mr Patel and his team are the best. After having a new furnace and AC unit installed for myself. At the time i opted for the additional warranty. I had my furnace and AC installed in April 2021. On July 15th 2022 I called as my AC was making a loud noise, within less than an hour Mr. Patel came and replaced the AC contactor free of charge. I also recently recommended my friend to GLORS when their heat stopped. Within the same day Mr.Patel diagnosed it with a bad fan blower. Since her furnance was 23 years old she went with both a new furnance and AC unit which was installed next day.

I had Pintu come and take a look at my AC unit this morning. He was polite, friendly and most importantly honest. He gave me a very fair price and also educated me on how to keep the AC unit well maintained. 100% recommend to anyone!

I needed to have my copper tubing gas line replaced as the previous owners of my home had a line installed directly infront of my basement window. This made any future plans of finishing the basement difficult. Glors quickly responded to my request and provided an estimate. Thorough and prompt responses throughout the process and conducted the work as described. Very punctual and great communication. Estimate was to the dollar to the amount owing for the work. Any future work that I may/will require will be conducted by Glors. A true pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Absolutely impressed by my first experience with this company. When most HVAC businesses are swamped in last 72 hours, Glores picked up my call, arranged the new AC and installed it within 24 hours.
