I had a lady come to the cash and cash me out after taking my payment as well as someone else's she went and made pizzas without washing her hands. Just the idea of her touching money then the food is a turn off to me and others I know about. As a manager myself I wouldn't be ok with it.

Really yummy meat-za. It looks fairly small but is very filling. Only complaint is that my pizza was ready for a little bit of time and was only given to me when I went up to ask about it.

The website actually deterred me from ordering. You can't get the actual take out prices without giving your personal information to the website. Name, address, phone, email. Otherwise you get price starting at...". Am I buying a car here? Dude it's pizza! Just show me the menu with all the prices!I gave up...."

Gabriel's is a reliable pizza place. Full menus and a variety of other dishesmake it great for lunch with colleagues. Specials are available, but not always announced. Better prices than some more expensive options.

I went to this location in the morning looking for a sit down breakfast. I was seated and served promptly. It turned out that this location had closed their sit down section of the restaurant and we're opening up the next day. Instead of sending me elsewhere, they seated me and served me anyway... Without having the normal wait staff etc. On a snowy morning, I got my hot breakfast inside even though they weren't officially ready. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Breakfast was great for the price!

Their pizza I give 5 stars to, but this location should change its timings to closes at 5:30PM! Because the amount of times I go there and the guy tells me they’re done for the day!

I went there for breakfast with colleagues and we had a great experience. We all ordered from the all day breakfast menu. Received the food fast and are orders were all perfect.

i like their pizza！and today tried their breakfast. the fruits on side for waffle are fresh but waffle itself tastes plain even with syrup and it tastes soft and flurry. and their potatoes also taste a little bit plain(just salt taste) but their sandwich is nicePS: totally its like 4.5/5

We had an amazing time getting together at Gabriel's Pizza at 100 Metcalfe in Ottawa!! We met the beautiful employee Rolla who took great care of our little group (thank you very much!!) She's excellent at what she does!! The food was wonderful!! Everyone ordered breakfast and all of our meals were cooked to perfection (thank you Chef!) We can't wait to be back in Ottawa again, we'll be back!!**Highly recommend this Gabriel's Pizza location when in downtown Ottawa! **
