Dave was great to deal with and made the appraisal of my motorcycle effortless. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable.After 1.5 months, changed from 5 stars to 3.5 stars. I still agree with the above as I initially entered, when we had phone calls. However there were issues in getting back to emails and phone calls , e.g. weeks, I have decided to move to a different appraiser where responses were within a week max.If there was just a phone call to give an expected date to work on the case or deny it, that would have been acceptable so that the client does not waste their time. Suggest getting committed dates to see if it will meet your deadlines, e.g. insurance. Other than this complaint, I would recommend.

I sent an email requesting an appraisal. No response??

They didn't even return my call.
