Good use of small space. Excellent Funk and Soul section and the rock section is well divided by band making targeted search easier. I was also impressed with their $5 selection. But as with all used vinyl stores nowadays, prices are higher than expected, especially comparing with new prices. But that's just the reality. If you're not after the vintage" feel

great soul/r&b selection. plus a lot of other genres (big classical section). nice variety of prices too, some higher end (rare) stuff and lesser priced common. stuff. btw-jammin the marvin gaye on a rainy afternoon drew me in!

Cosmos Records is one of my favourite places to take guests on my tour. I know that Cosmos is guaranteed to have the best selection of original pressings and hard-to-find records. As a personal collector, there is no better place in the city for funk, soul, jazz, hip-hop and Brazilian.

Great collection of Vintage Vinyl and Collectibles. Explored their Hip Hop section and was amazed to see the collection, haven't seen such rare Vinyl collection at one place anywhere in Toronto. A must visit if you want to surprise yourself!

Cosmos is a full of gems! Always fun to dig here, finding singles, classics and beats. Have loved the back section organized by records sampled from producers. Rarities can be found but it can come at a price. They import from Japan and years ago the owner even gave me suggestions for record shops to check out when I was traveling to Tokyo. Appreciate the catalogue, their energy and the space.

Nice enough guys and a decent selection of records. Service is aloof. Sigh, you work in a record store, why not engage your clientele in conversation--and sell more way-overpriced records? Also, some dubious quality in those stacks. Do you guys actually look at the records before applying the heavy price tag? They're filthy, for one. Also, you should rate them mint, near-mint, very good, good, etcetera, on the price sticker. You can't charge 30 bucks for a record that looks like it was skated on and the jacket is disintegrating . . . . Still, a good find here and there . . . .
