I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy and her talented staff several times! From floor tiles and outdoor carpeting to kitchen and bathroom backsplashes, the product is always high quality, and the service and installation are outstanding.I will be going back soon to choose carpet for the basement stairs!

Dickson Carpet One Floor & Home
Disappointing experience with this company... they were disorganized in scheduling my carpet installation and required nearly $500 more than my original estimate because (they said) they failed to properly cost. In my view they shouldn't have made me pay for their error. The carpet itself is nice and the installer and estimator were both professional and pleasant. On balance I would not recommend them however due to the difficulties I had.

Dickson Carpet One Floor & Home
Recently I went into Dickson Carpet One and was looking for an area rug for the living room and I was pleasantly surprised to not only find contemporary styles, in a variety of patterns but a beautiful selection of Persian rugs too! Many thanks to Cindy Dickson for helping me choose the beautiful Persian pictured below, it adds the perfect touch to the room!

Dickson Carpet One Floor & Home
I am thrilled with my new carpet from Dickson’s! They were thorough in measuring my stairs and hall & discussing carpet types, quality & ideas. Staff was excellent & patient in helping my designer & I choose a carpet for the colour & modern design look I wanted & that would be suitable & serviceable for a circular staircase. The installer showed up on time, removed the old carpet, took the time to read the new carpet installation instructions, precut the hall & stairs, then carefully installed in 3 days keeping the area neat & clean for our use. It looks awesome! I have used Dickson’s for 30 years for our residential & commercial carpet needs & they have always provided excellent service & results.

Dickson Carpet One Floor & Home
We've just had Dickson's install laminate flooring throughout the main floor of our 2 storey home, and are delighted with the results! They sent Doug to do the work, who was professional, polite, and unobtrusive the 3 days he was here. He took away all our old flooring, and carpet, and did a great job on the installation. Doug swept the sub-floor several times during the removal, then did all the cutting of the laminate outside the house, which kept the dust to a minimum. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Dickson's to anyone looking to have new flooring put down.

We used Dickson carpet for our boys rooms and our stair runner. The service was fantastic! From the planning in store, to the measuring appointment and install. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Dickson Carpet to anyone. As our renovations continue we will have more projects to work on with them :)

Great service and value all round. Rick is knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the right solution for multiple flooring projects in my rental properties and in my own home. Sharon works diligently with me to select materials and to coordinate each project to meet my sometimes challenging timelines and my tenant’s schedules. Installers are competent, reliable and thorough and every project is finished to my satisfaction. Good experience every time.

Dickson Carpet One Floor & Home
When we bought our house just over a year ago we contacted Dickson Caroet One to remove and install carpet on our stairs and entire 2nd floor. Service was excellent and Cindy was determined to find us the perfect carpet colour to suit our wishes. Install was quick and seamless. We have since then renovated our whole home and by FAR the carpet is my favourite upgrade. Thanks Cindy for the excellent service and product!

I recently had new flooring installed on my basement stairs. I got rid of the carpeting & had it replaced with plank & tile. Dickson's did a great job. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. There wasn't quite enough nosing in stock for the last step. Because of supply chain issues caused by the pandemic, the nosing had been backordered. As soon as the nosing was delivered to them, the owner, Cindy contacted me & arranged to have the installer come finish the job the next morning. Another thing that I was very impressed by was that whenever someone was scheduled to come to my house that person arrived on time.
