The staff is extremely pleasant, easy to talk to. They genuinely care about their clients and patients! If you are looking for a pharmacy in the area I highly recommended this pharmacy. This pharmacy has been good to me. They take the time to explain any medications that are new and if there is any question at all, they do not hesitate to call my doctor. They go the extra mile for me and that's rare in a world of pharmacies that seem to have grown into department stores.

They charged me 50$ for a rapid Covid test that they got free from LCBO told me I had Covid with the test and said they would call me back for another test never heard back from them since the government said anyone selling free rapid test could face jail time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY FOR COVID TESTING!The covid testing was overall a very scary experience at this pharmacy. As someone who works in an industry where I have to receive many covid tests, this one really terrified me. The lady approached with a type of swab I have never seen before and it was already out in the open. This is completely contaminating the swab and could potentially be dangerous. She walked through the pharmacy with the swab out in the air, how am I to know that something didn't get onto it already? And as much as I trust that the pharmacist would never re-use a swab, how am I to know that it is a fresh swab if I don't see for myself that it is coming from an unopened package? The swab was also done in a way that I have never experienced for a PCR test and the pharmacist who tested me had 0 idea of how to get my results and was not wearing gloves. Overall very disappointed in the lack of regular medical sanitary standards and knowledge during a time where I'm already scared enough.

Great customer service. I called for a covid test and got an appt for the same day. I called when it was my appt time and the pharmacist came outside with a chair and did my test. No wait. Very professional and great experience unlike the shoppers in the same plaza.

Abhy and team are wonderful and we have been clients/patients of theirs for a number of years. Consistently provides excellent advice, patient in listening to all concerns while assessing and above and beyond customer service including delivering medications to your residence. What more can you ask for from your local pharmacist?
