My wife and I recently returned from the Mystical Egypt tour with Indus Travels and we had a wonderful time! The hotels were all centrally located and very clean. The guides were all very knowledgeable and friendly and they made sure we had a great time. Cairo was a bit more crowded than we expected, but it was still an amazing experience. We especially enjoyed the day trip to the Pyramids of Giza, which was absolutely stunning. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing Egypt.

Our experience with Indus Travels on the Amazing Italy tour was absolutely incredible. The hotels were exceptionally located, right in the heart of each city we visited. It made exploring so convenient, with all major attractions within walking distance. The guides were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Italy itself surpassed our expectations with its captivating beauty and rich culture. From the magnificent art in Florence to the picturesque canals of Venice, every moment was a delight. The food, the history, the people – everything about Italy left us enchanted. We are already planning our next adventure with Indus Travels and can't wait to explore another amazing destination with them soon.

I've traveled with Indus Travels before and I was always happy with their service, so I was excited to try their Magic of Norwegian Fjords tour. The hotels were all very central, which made it easy to explore each city. The guides were all very knowledgeable and friendly, and they made sure we had a great time. The coach was a bit bigger than I expected, but it was still comfortable and spacious. The fjords cruise was the highlight of the trip, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Overall, I had a great time on this tour and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Our recent experience on the Treasures of Japan tour with Indus Travels was overall quite good. The hotels provided were centrally located, which made it convenient for us to explore the cities on foot. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, adding valuable insights to our journey. However, one thing that caught us off guard was the size of the coach, which was larger than we expected. It made maneuvering through narrow streets a bit challenging at times. Nevertheless, the comfort and spaciousness of the coach made up for it. Japan itself was a fascinating destination, with a beautiful blend of tradition and modernity. We were captivated by the stunning temples, the bustling markets, and the incredible cuisine. Despite the minor issue with the coach size, we had a memorable trip with Indus Travels. We are already considering booking another tour with them soon, as their service and expertise are commendable.

Our recent journey on the Treasures of Japan tour with Indus Travels was a memorable one. The hotels selected for our stay were indeed centrally located, making it convenient for us to explore the cities on foot. The guides provided by Indus were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, offering interesting insights into the local culture and history. We did find the size of the coach larger than expected, which made maneuvering through narrow streets a bit challenging. However, the comfort and spaciousness of the coach compensated for the inconvenience. Japan itself was an enchanting country, with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern marvels. We were mesmerized by the ancient temples, the vibrant markets, and the delicious cuisine. Indus Travels' expertise and organizational skills ensured a smooth and enjoyable journey. We are already contemplating booking another tour with Indus Travels as we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Japan. Thank you, Indus Travels, for a memorable experience.

I recently had the opportunity to go on a Fam trip to Croatia and few places in the neighbouring countries. It was an incredible experience. Croatia is a beautiful country with stunning coastlines, crystal clear waters, and picturesque old towns. We explored the cities of Zagreb, Zadar, Split, and Dubrovnik, as well as Plitvice Lakes National Park.We started in Zagreb, the capital city, where we visited the historic Upper Town and strolled through the colourful streets of the Lower Town. We visited the Museum of Broken Relationships, which was a unique interesting experience.Split was another highlight of the trip, with its ancient Roman ruins, bustling marketplaces, and lively nightlife. Dubrovnik was perhaps the most impressive destination of all, with its imposing city walls, impressive fortresses, and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. I highly recommend taking a stroll along the city walls and exploring the winding streets of the Old Town. Finally, the Plitvice Lakes National Park was an absolute must-see, with its cascading waterfalls, lush forests, and sparkling lakes. The park is a UNESCO World Heritage site and truly a natural wonder.Outside of Croatia, we visited the iconic Old Bridge in Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina and spent time in Kotor, a coastal town located in Montenegro. Each place has its unique charm and character and a must-see in the region. On our way back home, we spent 2 days in Istanbul, Turkey. It was cherry on top. Two days were not enough but we managed to visit Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Taksim square, Grand Bazaar and got to experience vibrant culture and delicious local cuisine.Overall, I would highly recommend Croatia to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable travel experience. Whether you're interested in history, culture, or nature, there's something for everyone in this wonderful country.

From the ancient ruins of Rome to the charming streets of Florence, every moment was a feast for the senses. Indus Travels made sure we had an unforgettable experience, and we are already planning our next vacation with them. Thank you for introducing us to the wonders of Italy!

Indus organizes trips, but it doesn’t OPERATE the trips. Instead, they contract with partner companies located in different countries. This means that the guides that you have on your trip won’t work for Indus, and you may even have different guides and drivers for each of the day-tours that you take, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing—it’s just a little unusual. And because Indus isn’t operating the trips, the quality of the trips can vary widely—it just depends on the quality of the partner companies that Indus works with.I’ve traveled with Indus on three trips. All of the trips have been enjoyable, but each of the trips has been frustrating at times. On one trip, I didn’t get a transfer from the airport to my hotel, so I took a bus into town and was dropped off at the wrong hotel. (A kind local directed me to the right place.) TWICE Indus has booked day tours for us as if all of its clients were one party, which means that drivers come into hotel lobbies looking for Smith, party of four (for example), when the Indus clients were actually Smith, party of two, and Jones, party of two. The drivers were confused, and we were confused too, and because we had different drivers each day, we had to explain this to drivers every day.The most important thing to know is that Indus advertises “guaranteed departure” trips, but if you read the fine print, the departures actually aren’t guaranteed. I booked a trip for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand six months in advance. A month before the trip’s departure, Indus emailed me that the trip was canceled because there weren’t enough passengers, and instead of refunding my money, they offered me a credit. I talked with an Indus representative to find a different Indus trips leaving during my available travel dates, but all of the other trips would be more expensive. The representative explained that it was because I was booking at the last minute—a month before I planned to leave. I explained to the representative that I was only booking at the last minute because Indus had canceled the trip I’d booked well in advance, but it didn’t make a difference. Long story short, I ended up on a trip that took me to fewer countries (just Vietnam and Cambodia) for fewer days and cost me $700 more, and Indus refused to offer me compensation for this additional cost even after I explained the situation (in writing) to a manager. Because of that situation—and because of the other, smaller issues that have popped up with Indus—I’ll not be using them again. If you’re traveling on a budget, Indus’s prices look very appealing, but keep in mind that those prices can be misleading. And if you want an easy, carefree traveling experience, look at some of Indus’s competitors. The trips I’ve taken with Indus were still fun (because exploring other countries always is!), but I enjoyed myself in spite of Indus—not because of them.

We took the tour of Egypt and Jordan spring of 2023.Great experience! Tino is the best at helping book and working through details. Our guides were knowledgable and personable. We had great tour bus(12 people on the tour) decent accommodations for the price point, and an itinerary that our friends have drooled over. Great job, Indus - would definitely travel with you again!
