I found this pharmacy great and the pharmacist I was dealing with extremely helpful and pleasant. I was vacationing in the area so this is not my normal pharmacy. They treated me very well!

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy. I have been here for 12 years and they have been so friendly and willing to answer any of my questions. They go out of their way to help and call me by name. I have had a prescription filled by my doctor and sometimes, my pharmacy calls me right away if able to confirm that it’s been changed etc. The staff here are really good and know their stuff and also they are on the ball! I love it here… and now I am moving and I will miss Pharmasave Fenelon Falls. They are THE best!

Phong and the team at Fenelon Falls Pharmasave have gone so far above and beyond on so many occasions that I feel I've been remiss not posting a review sooner. Currently, we are in the midst of this Covid pandemic and venturing out for any reason can be a scary prospect. However, the team at Pharmasave has taken every precaution to protect their customers and I for one, will never forget their diligence and understanding.

Very prompt and efficient service. Once you get used to this place, you will never want to go back to a mass provider or chain type facility. The inventory of non drug items has been expanded year by year with quality producis and a fun variety of vacationer's nick nacks. The prices are reasonable considering it's a smaller, semi-rural town, and there are god specials from tme to time.

We popped in tonight close to closing time as my 8 year old had a reaction to a bug bite. The pharmacist was very helpful and gave us some direction and what to look for. Overall it was a great experience.
