If you don't mind being ignored while you stand at the cash, I suggest this location. Food was hot and good but that's as far as it went.

i ordered two simple meals around 8pm jan.2nd, they forgot a chicken patty on one, the fries for the other, and my fillet o fish had visibly rotting slimy lettuce, i understand working in the food industry completely, but messing up basic things and ignoring rotting food is either pure carelessness or stupidity. please do better

The staff seemed disorganized and when we received our order the fries were cold. The dinning room looked like it needed updating. TV mount with no TV. Bulletin board with outdated announcements.The trash cans needed to be emptied and there was trash in the napkin dispenser. In short dining room felt dated and neglected.Again you go to there expecting a certain food experience but it felt like the value had lessened.Sadly I wasn't lovin it

This location needs a serious cleaning and refresh. The wallpaper is peeling, none of the tables were clean (with no option for patrons to spray them down) and there was pop spilled over the floor near the drink fountain. Half of the orders were wrong, although the were corrected when notified. Staff were busy filling orders but perhaps you need more staff to assist with cleaning. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Update- I just downgraded to 2 stars! Get your COLD hash browns here first time every time! All they care about is getting people gone from the drive-thru before they run out of time on their clock. They don't care at all about whether or not the food is good and hot. Plus I gave it a low rating due to the fact that our community has long outgrown this badly located (a maze), small, single drive-thru laned, overly busy (at times lined up around the building) restaurant. Want breakfast there a weekend morning? Want something quick on the way to work?Good luck to you. Its so bad there at times i dont even bother going in. We need a new KV McD's. A BIG one, one that's better located and quicker & easier to get in and out of. One with a double drive-thru lane. I also notice that there isn't even one reply by management to the many negative reviews about this location on here. That says it all right there...THEY DON'T CARE!

I find it strange that they just have one drive thru lane considering how busy they are. There can be quite a wait. All we ordered was 2 bagels and we had to go wait in the parking lot for them. Maybe a staffing issue?

Why I use this store so often is because it's right next to my gym, and it's an easy way to get some calories in. Would be all well and good if the wait times wouldn’t be that long. I really don't understand how you can have 10 people standing in a kitchen, but still need 5 minutes to give me a cheeseburger. For a fastfood restaurant that’s kinda sad. I really would like to give less stars, but I often meet an employee named John who is just so excellent and friendly that I don't want to give a too bad rating in general. Give the man a promotion please!

Service is normally great during the day but the late night crew needs to get there act together there been multiple times I have order late after work and the order is wrong or old and stale or you pay for something and they always forget to put it in your bag like I shouldn’t have to check my own order before I leave should be done right the first time
