Heather is amazing! Love all of the services, especially all the different types of facials & IPL! She's so knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell products unless she believes they would be beneficial for you.

SoElla is by far the best salon I've ever gone to. I get my hair done regularly every few months and have absolutely loved the outcome every time! The staff is amazing and super friendly. I have a really busy school schedule and they're always very accommodating of me and my time! The prices are also very reasonable. I've always wanted to try laser hair removal but have been too afraid to try. Heather was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable not to mention the results were amazing!!! I 110% recommend this salon to anyone. Highly recommend!!

Nina is amazing! I showed her the haircut that I want and she told me what's up with the look and explained that the style that I want can be achieve by styling, she also showed me how to style my hair after that and give me tips of which will work on my hair. So grateful for her! Really love my hair! ❤️

Was very nervous to finally get laser hair removal and the experience I had with Heather was phenomenal! She answered all my questions and made the procedure so so easy and fun! Looking forward to more services with Heather and this salon!!

Just had an incredible appointment with Ali. He performed magic. Was very impressed with end result. I had a color correct, cut and style and was very happy. During my visit, Ken and Ali kept me entertained with funny anecdotes and stories. I had a great time, and felt like I knew these two forever, as opposed to just meeting them for the very first time. I have already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to seeing them again. The salon, the services and the people are amazing. Recommend them to anyone wanting an excellent experience and perfect service.Cheers

Do not be fooled by the website that claims they provide outstanding customer service! Now that this place is under new ownership — it is totally the opposite. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.I had tape in hair extensions removed and reinstalled by Amy and within two weeks I had several (14) of them fall out. She is super sweet and kind but was not able to provide the level of service requested.I have had hair extensions for over eight years, I only use top quality product and I have always had them last way longer than most people. I have never had this many of them fall out. Ever!I wasn’t happy with my blonde highlighting either as it turned orange. I contacted the salon because I was unhappy with the results so they rebooked me to come back and have it fixed. When I arrived I was told that I was there at the wrong time which was not the case. I was texted that my appointment was for 3pm even though they claimed it was 330pm?? I waited over a half an hour and then was told there was no time to actually fix my hair like I had thought she was doing?!?. So I left after Amy made a few small tweaks. A week later more hair extensions fell out!!I was really upset this time so I contacted the new owner Heather Blundell personally asking for a refund. She claimed that I was a bully and said that I don’t take care of my extensions which is completely untrue. A bully for expressing my disappointment with her business services?As a business owner myself I do everything possible to make sure that my customers are happy. Not the case here. I was basically blamed for the mistakes that her (Stylist) made, then accused of not taking care of my own hair. And then lastly told that there would be no refund. So I said that I would be putting a review online so that people know exactly what to expect when they are dealing with this place. I gave the owner the opportunity to make it right and she chose not to. So if you’re looking for a high-end salon. Go elsewhere. Oh and if you found a great place that provides amazing hair extension service here in Kelowna please let me know because I want to go there.

I have been to several salons in the past, and being new to Kelowna I am once again in need of a new stylist. This is the first salon that I have been to that I could go in with no idea of what i wanted just knowing that I needed a hair cut.Ali was amazing. He was able to give me several suggestions right away on hair styles to match my beard and face shape. Also a style that supports low maintenance, but can also be taken out on the town with minimal work. One of my best hair cuts in a long time.The atmosphere of the salon was great, modern and classy while still being comfortable to be in. If your a man or woman your going to love this place.Looking to try something new you have to see Ali at Kenali!

Came for a facial which was done by Heather. It was relaxing and felt amazing. The products that were used were extremely high quality and left my skin feeling soft and silky. Amazing overall! And excellent pricing!

I can't recommend going to see Ali enough and I don't have enough words to describe just how much I love him and how fantastic and creative he is!! I have been to MANY salons throughout Kelowna and Vancouver and hands down Ali is the best. Not only does he thinks outside the box but he customizes your experience for what will suit you best. Ali truly is one of the kindest people I've met and he makes you feel so special during your appointment. Day one Ali told me if I wasn't happy he would do what it took to fix it (that hasn't happened cause he rocks!) but just knowing he stands by his work was very reassuring for me.Ali I want to personally thank you for always taking the time with me and and I'm honoured to have your expertise cut and colour my hair you are a true hair cutting/colouring genius!!If your on the fence ladies don't be, go see him!!
