Was there yesterday. Needed the battery replaced in my iPhone. Just dropped by, had it changed quickly. Liked the service better than Genius bar. Definitely will be recommending to my friends and family. Thanks!

They are very reasonably priced and offer fast, quick and excellent customer service. I went here to get the screen of my iPhone X fixed, the owner stayed past the closing of the mall to get my screen repaired and even helped me with selecting a beautiful case for my phone. Highly recommended.

Fast? Friendly? Can’t say my experience was either of those.I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life, and by the manager!I took my phone in to have my screen replaced.i was told it would take about 40 mins. I came back to see all three staff members sitting down and eating. When I asked if I could pick up my phone, the one man laughed and said it wasn’t ready yet. When I asked if they had at least started it I was told no. I was then told by the manager they went to the food court and it took long. The last thing I wanted to do was give this company my business but after already wasting an hour of my time I didn’t want to leave with a broken screen.They fixed my phone and gave me 5 dollar off, big deal and insisted I buy a screen protector. I purchased the protector and the very next day my phone fell off my couch onto carpet and shattered. I called and was told no refunds or exchanges.Total was of time and money.

Guri is a wonderful manager with a vast knowledge in mobile phones and repairs. Not only did he fix my cousins phone in half an hour he also gave us all a great deal on cases and screen protectors. Would highly recommend this little kiosk for any cases/screen protectors.

They don't even deserve one star ,the worst ever mobile repair store infact they are fraud people who damage my phone .I am working in the same mall ,I trust them to repair my phone . They Kept my phone for 5 days and at the end hand over complete dead phone. beware of these people don't go for any repair ,mental harassment for complete 5 days from the start I can't explain all this in wordsHighly unethical, unprofessional and uncompetitive staff including the ownerIt's request please don't make people fool and waste their money and time , who trust you and give their valuable phone
